have_v make_v a_o usurpers_n king_n their_o king_n and_o they_o make_v a_o calf_n their_o god_n and_o the_o sum_n of_o the_o people_n reform_v their_o king_n misgovernance_n and_o relieve_v their_o own_o grievance_n be_v they_o make_v themselves_o a_o king_n that_o make_v they_o all_o castaway_n he_o himself_o the_o reproach_n of_o sovereignty_n and_o a_o infamous_a stigmatic_n to_o all_o posterity_n and_o his_o sin_n for_o ever_o adhere_v to_o the_o people_n till_o they_o have_v cause_v their_o utter_a extirpation_n and_o till_o of_o freeborn_a subject_n under_o a_o king_n of_o their_o own_o they_o become_v perpetual_a slave_n to_o the_o subject_n of_o another_o kingdom_n so_o unpleasing_a to_o god_n and_o so_o pernicious_a to_o the_o people_n themselves_o be_v the_o fruit_n of_o call_v king_n to_o account_n but_o every_o man_n betake_v himself_o to_o the_o reformation_n of_o himself_o and_o to_o prayer_n unto_o god_n must_v seek_v of_o he_o that_o have_v the_o heart_n in_o great_a misgovernance_n god_n often_o use_v the_o people_n hand_n to_o do_v his_o work_n of_o justice_n but_o that_o we_o may_v know_v the_o way_n be_v not_o right_a as_o not_o agreeable_a to_o his_o reveal_a will_n we_o shall_v find_v that_o the_o work_n of_o justice_n that_o he_o so_o begin_v by_o they_o he_o end_v not_o till_o he_o have_v finish_v it_o on_o they_o and_o his_o hand_n be_v never_o more_o heavy_a then_o against_o that_o rod_n that_o in_o the_o way_n of_o injustice_n have_v do_v his_o justice_n service_n but_o will_v you_o hear_v god_n himself_o take_v cognisance_n of_o the_o misgovernance_n of_o prince_n and_o determine_v of_o it_o in_o the_o 81._o psalm_n god_n declare_v himself_o to_o stand_v in_o the_o congregation_n of_o prince_n and_o to_o be_v judge_n among_o for_o the_o people_n the_o king_n sin_n and_o god_n lay_v all_o the_o punishment_n upon_o the_o people_n nay_o he_o give_v not_o they_o so_o much_o as_o the_o choice_n of_o the_o punishment_n which_o they_o must_v suffer_v for_o the_o king_n but_o the_o sin_a king_n must_v choose_v which_o of_o the_o three_o plague_n the_o innocent_a people_n must_v undergo_v this_o be_v strange_a do_v not_o the_o of_o good_a and_o sound_a order_n for_o the_o make_v and_o execute_v of_o those_o law_n which_o order_n must_v be_v sacred_o observe_v for_o as_o evil_a word_n corrupt_v good_a manner_n so_o evil_a manner_n frustrate_v the_o effect_n of_o all_o good_a law_n and_o good_a manner_n especial_o those_o that_o belong_v to_o government_n be_v not_o preserve_v without_o strict_a adherence_n to_o the_o institute_a order_n of_o the_o kingdom_n neither_o will_v those_o order_n long_o continue_v valid_a and_o of_o use_n unless_o the_o protection_n and_o care_n of_o they_o be_v commit_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o some_o conservatory_n power_n more_o especial_o interest_v in_o the_o continuance_n of_o they_o who_o though_o not_o absolute_o nor_o with_o any_o single_a power_n of_o immediate_a coercion_n yet_o by_o their_o powerful_a intercession_n in_o the_o counsel_n and_o convocate_v assembly_n of_o the_o state_n may_v be_v effectual_o operative_a to_o the_o preservation_n of_o the_o
