charles_n hall_n shall_v not_o agree_v as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o sir_n robert_n bolles_n of_o scampton_n in_o the_o county_n in_o lincoln_n baronet_n shall_v have_v and_o hereby_o have_v power_n full_o to_o determine_v the_o whole_a before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o october_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o and_o two_o provide_v that_o whereas_o there_o be_v a_o controversy_n arisen_a between_o the_o lord_n bishop_n of_o ely_n and_o sir_n john_n monson_n and_o his_o participant_n concern_v some_o land_n lie_v in_o the_o manor_n call_v the_o manor_n of_o thornton_n in_o the_o moor_n in_o the_o county_n of_o lincoln_n in_o the_o part_n of_o lindsey_n be_v part_n of_o the_o possession_n of_o the_o bishopric_n of_o ely_n it_o be_v refer_v to_o sir_n edward_n turner_n knight_n speaker_n of_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o in_o this_o present_a parliament_n to_o examine_v award_v adjudge_v and_o final_o determine_v accord_v to_o equity_n what_o portion_n or_o part_n within_o the_o say_a manor_n or_o land_n within_o the_o say_a manor_n shall_v be_v allot_v to_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n and_o his_o participant_n in_o recompense_n of_o he_o or_o their_o dreyn_v and_o melioration_n thereof_o and_o that_o if_o such_o award_n and_o adjudication_n shall_v not_o be_v make_v before_o the_o first_o of_o may_v one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o and_o three_o that_o then_o the_o say_a lord_n bishop_n of_o ely_n or_o his_o assign_v shall_v have_v and_o enjoy_v the_o full_a and_o quiet_a possession_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n and_o every_o part_n thereof_o until_o such_o award_n and_o adjudication_n shall_v be_v make_v any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_n contain_v notwithstanding_o and_o in_o case_n the_o say_a sir_n edward_n turner_n shall_v happen_v to_o die_v before_o the_o say_v first_o day_n of_o may_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o and_o three_o or_o shall_v decline_v the_o say_a reference_n that_o then_o and_o from_o thenceforth_o all_o the_o matter_n and_o thing_n contain_v in_o this_o proviso_n shall_v be_v refer_v to_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n of_o the_o common_a plea_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o hear_v and_o determine_v the_o same_o as_o aforesaid_a provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o neither_o the_o lord_n bishop_n of_o lincoln_n nor_o the_o dean_n and_o chapter_n of_o the_o cathedral_n church_n of_o lincoln_n aforesaid_a their_o or_o any_o of_o their_o successor_n receive_v any_o prejudice_n or_o damage_n by_o this_o present_a act_n but_o that_o their_o land_n and_o possession_n be_v preserve_v and_o keep_v indemnify_v any_o thing_n herein_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v lawful_a to_o or_o for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n concern_v in_o any_o covenant_n or_o agreement_n touch_v the_o say_v undertake_v to_o bring_v or_o prosecute_v any_o action_n or_o action_n or_o suit_n at_o law_n or_o equity_n for_o recovery_n of_o damage_n or_o satisfaction_n for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o any_o make_v such_o satisfaction_n to_o the_o say_a owner_n as_o shall_v be_v most_o agreeable_a to_o justice_n or_o equity_n by_o restore_v to_o the_o say_a owner_n and_o person_n damnify_v by_o the_o
