magistrate_n to_o improve_v his_o authority_n which_o be_v the_o talon_n that_o god_n have_v give_v he_o for_o the_o gain_n of_o other_o by_o force_n and_o compulsion_n when_o no_o other_o mean_n will_v prevail_v to_o the_o performance_n of_o those_o duty_n that_o be_v require_v of_o they_o as_o he_o require_v of_o all_o who_o be_v call_v to_o labour_n in_o the_o ministerial_a function_n and_o office_n to_o employ_v their_o gift_n and_o grace_n which_o be_v the_o talent_n bestow_v upon_o they_o painful_o and_o diligent_o for_o the_o enlighten_n of_o the_o understanding_n of_o other_o whereby_o every_o exalt_a thought_n and_o imagination_n may_v be_v bring_v down_o which_o the_o magistrate_n power_n and_o authority_n can_v never_o reach_v for_o the_o power_n of_o the_o magistrate_n reach_v no_o further_a than_o to_o the_o outward_a life_n and_o conversation_n when_o the_o operation_n of_o the_o ministry_n subdue_v the_o will_n and_o therefore_o the_o principal_a care_n of_o the_o magistrate_n be_v and_o aught_o to_o be_v to_o enforce_v man_n to_o live_v upright_o and_o just_o as_o they_o ought_v to_o do_v for_o by_o so_o do_v man_n glorify_v god_n but_o this_o be_v not_o all_o the_o glory_n that_o be_v to_o be_v perform_v by_o man_n to_o god_n for_o beside_o there_o must_v be_v a_o ready_a submission_n to_o the_o will_n of_o god_n spring_v from_o a_o perfect_a love_n to_o god_n and_o ground_v upon_o a_o assure_a confidence_n of_o god_n love_n to_o we_o which_o may_v be_v beget_v and_o kindle_v in_o a_o man_n but_o can_v never_o be_v enforce_v and_o to_o this_o duty_n tend_v the_o minister_n pain_n and_o labour_n but_o it_o be_v and_o aught_o to_o be_v the_o christian_a magistrate_n care_v to_o provide_v
