parliament_n have_v be_v and_o be_v assidual_o revive_v by_o royalist_n and_o a_o new_a disconted_a sort_n of_o malcontent_n which_o forbear_v not_o to_o justify_v the_o late_a king_n in_o all_o his_o error_n and_o condemn_v the_o parliament_n for_o invade_v his_o just_a and_o rightful_a prerogative_n so_o that_o what_o and_o how_o many_o soever_o they_o be_v they_o must_v not_o expect_v but_o that_o of_o necessity_n there_o will_v new_a answer_n be_v make_v though_o upon_o the_o old_a matter_n to_o new_a objection_n which_o may_v satisfy_v all_o such_o as_o out_o of_o the_o over-fineness_n and_o sharpness_n of_o their_o wit_n will_v censure_v whatsoever_o have_v be_v afore_o say_v on_o a_o subject_n long_o since_o determine_v to_o be_v both_o needless_a and_o impertinent_a but_o to_o conclude_v it_o now_o only_o remain_v that_o we_o proceed_v to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o by_o scriptural_a proof_n to_o facillitate_v a_o reconciliation_n betwixt_o royalist_n and_o that_o interest_n in_o they_o be_v sufficient_a ground_n whereon_o to_o lay_v the_o foundation_n of_o those_o bloody_a war_n he_o so_o long_o wage_v against_o the_o great_a judicature_n of_o the_o nation_n or_o that_o they_o be_v so_o valid_a in_o law_n as_o to_o warrant_v royalist_n to_o assist_v he_o to_o win_v they_o by_o the_o sword_n that_o controversy_n be_v long_o since_o decide_v and_o the_o power_n of_o government_n in_o other_o hand_n yet_o in_o a_o little_a let_v we_o now_o examine_v to_o who_o in_o conscience_n we_o all_o ought_v to_o yield_v our_o obedience_n s._n paul_n to_o the_o roman_n 13._o on_o this_o very_a subject_n of_o obedience_n to_o authority_n prescribe_v this_o as_o a_o general_a rule_n to_o all_o man_n viz._n let_v every_o soul_n be_v subject_a to_o the_o high_a power_n the_o reason_n of_o this_o precept_n follow_v viz._n for_o there_o be_v no_o power_n but_o of_o god_n and_o thereupon_o he_o infer_v therefore_o you_o must_v needs_o be_v subject_a not_o only_o for_o wrath_n but_o for_o conscience_n sake_n and_o to_o this_o he_o exhort_v timothy_n to_o pray_v for_o a_o blessing_n upon_o all_o those_o in_o authority_n now_o if_o royalist_n make_v
