who_o such_o rate_n belong_v by_o the_o space_n of_o thirty_o day_n after_o the_o time_n limit_v be_v expire_v such_o constable_n shall_v be_v liable_a to_o pay_v such_o rate_n himself_o or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o remain_v unpaid_a the_o same_o to_o be_v recover_v by_o suit_n or_o distraint_n on_o his_o estate_n by_o the_o respective_a treasurer_n penalty_n on_o penalty_n if_o belong_v to_o the_o country_n or_o county_n and_o by_o the_o select_a man_n of_o the_o town_n if_o belong_v to_o the_o minister_n or_o town_n and_o if_o take_v by_o distress_n it_o shall_v be_v by_o warrant_n to_o the_o marshal_n of_o the_o county_n under_o the_o hand_n of_o two_o magistrate_n who_o shall_v grant_v the_o same_o upon_o request_n and_o if_o the_o constable_n have_v not_o sufficient_a commission_n warrant_n summons_n attachment_n sub-penee_a execution_n and_o all_o writ_n and_o precept_n of_o what_o nature_n soever_o shall_v be_v in_o his_o majesty_n name_n that_o the_o affair_n of_o this_o jurisdiction_n may_v be_v the_o better_o carry_v on_o it_o be_v agree_v and_o declare_v that_o there_o be_v several_a court_n for_o several_a purpose_n and_o of_o different_a constitution_n and_o power_n and_o first_o the_o general_n court_n 1._o the_o general_a court_n shall_v consist_v of_o the_o governor_n deputy_n governor_n and_o assistant_n be_v general_n court_v according_a to_o the_o accustom_a usage_n of_o this_o court_n 2._o it_o be_v enact_v that_o this_o general_a court_n and_o all_o the_o member_n thereof_o shall_v meet_v and_o sit_v at_o plymouth_n
