hold_n of_o a_o parliament_n yearly_a be_v a_o most_o necessary_a law_n as_o also_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v dissolve_v for_o fifty_o day_n 2._o it_o be_v not_o then_o intend_v in_o the_o constitution_n of_o this_o government_n that_o the_o king_n in_o the_o great_a matter_n of_o importance_n for_o public_a benefit_n shall_v only_o hear_v what_o they_o say_v and_o then_o follow_v it_o or_o reject_v it_o mere_o at_o his_o own_o pleasure_n for_o this_o may_v be_v as_o well_o do_v in_o a_o absolute_a monarchy_n 3._o neither_o be_v it_o agreeable_a to_o the_o constitution_n of_o this_o
