and_o not_o else_o it_o be_v a_o false_a supposition_n again_o that_o those_o few_o man_n that_o contrive_v these_o imposition_n or_o compile_v these_o act_n be_v the_o parliament_n it_o be_v true_a that_o what_o be_v here_o urge_v may_v be_v sufficient_a to_o suggest_v to_o a_o man_n a_o belief_n that_o the_o intention_n of_o those_o that_o be_v the_o contriver_n of_o these_o act_n this_o oath_n and_o the_o militia_n preamble_n may_v be_v no_o less_o than_o to_o make_v the_o king_n will_v equal_v to_o law_n at_o least_o in_o the_o matter_n of_o the_o militia_n but_o we_o say_v and_o have_v
