entreat_v be_v the_o full_a supreme_a and_o universal_a authority_n for_o of_o any_o inferior_a power_n we_o do_v not_o speak_v of_o govern_v the_o people_n and_o of_o order_v all_o their_o public_a affair_n the_o which_o before_o that_o this_o kingdom_n be_v set_v up_o be_v not_o whole_o in_o any_o one_o hand_n but_o divide_v among_o many_o for_o it_o be_v partly_o in_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n
