to_o have_v or_o execute_v any_o jurisdiction_n power_n or_o authority_n spiritual_a or_o to_o visit_v reform_v order_n or_o correct_v any_o error_n heresy_n schism_n abuse_n or_o enormity_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_n have_v authority_n or_o power_n to_o order_n determine_v or_o adjudge_v any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o be_v heresy_n but_o only_o such_o the_o say_a book_n and_o the_o service_n administration_n of_o sacrament_n rite_n &_o ceremony_n contain_v or_o appoint_v in_o or_o by_o the_o say_a book_n shall_v be_v void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n from_o &_o after_o the_o feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o s._n john_n baptist_n next_o come_v and_o that_o the_o say_a book_n
be_v convict_v before_o the_o justice_n and_o likewise_o receive_v for_o the_o say_v first_o offence_n punishment_n by_o the_o justice_n he_o shall_v not_o for_o the_o same_o offence_n eftsoon_o receive_v punishment_n of_o the_o ordinary_a any_o thing_n contain_v in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o such_o ornament_n of_o the_o church_n and_o of_o the_o minister_n thereof_o shall_v be_v retain_v and_o be_v in_o use_n as_o be_v in_o this_o church_n of_o england_n by_o authority_n of_o parliament_n in_o the_o second_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n edward_n the_o vi_o until_o other_o order_n shall_v be_v therein_o take_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n with_o the_o advice_n of_o her_o for_o any_o person_n shall_v be_v tax_v rate_v value_v and_o set_v to_o any_o sum_n or_o sum_n by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n and_o after_o the_o taxation_n or_o assess_v upon_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o same_o happen_v to_o die_v or_o depart_v from_o the_o place_n where_o he_o be_v so_o tax_v and_o set_v or_o his_o good_n or_o cattle_n be_v so_o eloyn_v or_o in_o such_o privy_a and_o covert_a manner_n keep_v as_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n charge_v with_o the_o same_o by_o estreate_n or_o other_o write_n from_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v by_o the_o say_a commission_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a can_v ne_o may_v levy_v the_o same_o sum_n or_o sum_n comprise_v within_o the_o same_o estreate_n by_o distress_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o collection_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a or_o can_v not_o sell_v such_o distress_n or_o distress_n as_o be_v take_v for_o any_o of_o the_o say_a payment_n before_o the_o time_n limit_v to_o the_o high_a collector_n for_o his_o payment_n to_o be_v make_v in_o the_o queen_n majesty_n receipt_n then_o upon_o relation_n thereof_o with_o due_a examination_n by_o the_o oath_n or_o examination_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o and_o for_o the_o receipt_n and_o collection_n of_o the_o same_o before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o by_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v where_o such_o person_n or_o or_o sum_n shall_v have_v land_n &_o tenement_n or_o other_o hereditamente_n or_o real_a possession_n good_n &_o cattle_n whereby_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o indebt_v his_o heir_n executour_n or_o assign_n or_o other_o have_v the_o custody_n governance_n or_o disposition_n of_o any_o good_n cattle_n land_n or_o tenement_n or_o other_o hereditamente_n which_o ought_v or_o may_v by_o this_o act_n lawful_o be_v distrain_v or_o take_v for_o the_o same_o have_v as_o shall_v have_v good_n cattle_n land_n tenement_n or_o other_o possession_n whereof_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n which_o by_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n may_v or_o aught_o to_o be_v levy_v be_v it_o within_o the_o limit_n of_o such_o commission_n where_o such_o person_n or_o person_n be_v and_o be_v tax_v or_o without_o in_o any_o place_n within_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n wales_n or_o other_o the_o queen_n majesty_n dominion_n march_n or_o territory_n by_o which_o precept_n aswell_o such_o
