same_o ashore_o on_o any_o wast-ground_n not_o grant_v to_o other_o and_z except_z on_o such_o waste_a ground_n or_o wharfe_n as_o be_v already_o grant_v or_o shall_v be_v grant_v by_o we_o our_o society_n and_o to_o all_o and_o every_o apprentice_n and_o apprentice_n to_o be_v bind_v as_o aforesaid_a when_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v make_v free_a the_o oath_n of_o allegiance_n and_o skilful_a and_o better_a sort_n of_o our_o seaman_n and_o mariner_n among_o foreign_a nation_n use_v the_o traffic_n hither_o for_o reformation_n whereof_o our_o will_n and_o pleasure_n be_v and_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n to_o be_v yield_v pay_v render_v make_v or_o do_v in_o that_o behalf_n and_o without_o any_o molestation_n or_o trouble_n through_o any_o invent_a colour_n or_o device_n by_o any_o person_n or_o person_n either_o of_o the_o say_v trinity_n house_n of_o deptford_n strand_n or_o of_o any_o other_o place_n or_o place_n to_o be_v practise_v attempt_v or_o put_v in_o ure_n make_v fail_v to_o give_v his_o attendance_n at_o any_o of_o the_o court_v summon_v or_o other_o usual_a meeting_n of_o the_o corporation_n for_o the_o space_n of_o six_o month_n together_o he_o shall_v be_v displace_v and_o dismiss_v by_o the_o corporation_n or_o major_a part_n of_o they_o from_o be_v a_o elder_a brother_n and_o the_o master_n warden_n assistant_n and_o elder_a brethren_n of_o the_o guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n aforesaid_a or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a shall_v proceed_v to_o the_o election_n of_o some_o other_o fit_a person_n or_o person_n in_o the_o room_n of_o he_o or_o they_o so_o remove_v master_n the_o oath_n and_o subscription_n enjoin_v the_o master_n and_o further_o we_o will_v and_o by_o these_o present_n do_v hereby_o charge_v and_o command_n that_o the_o master_n by_o these_o present_v herein_o before_o name_v and_o constitute_v before_o he_o be_v admit_v unto_o his_o say_a office_n shall_v take_v the_o oath_n of_o allegiance_n and_o supremacy_n and_o the_o oath_n prescribe_v and_o mention_v in_o the_o act_n for_o the_o well_o govern_v and_o regulate_v of_o corporation_n make_v in_o the_o thirteen_o year_n privy_a council_n any_o master_n warden_n assistant_n elder_a brother_n or_o clerk_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n and_o thereupon_o the_o office_n or_o place_n office_n or_o place_n of_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o remove_v or_o declare_v to_o be_v remove_v shall_v be_v ipso_fw-la facto_fw-la void_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n and_o other_o fit_a inquest_n inquisition_n attaint_v and_o other_o recognizance_n take_v or_o summon_v within_o the_o say_a county_n or_o place_n or_o any_o of_o they_o unless_o that_o they_o the_o say_v master_n warden_n and_o assistant_n and_o other_o seaman_n and_o mariner_n aforesaid_a session_n save_v in_o case_n of_o tenor_n or_o admiralty_n session_n be_v thereunto_o compel_v or_o compellable_n by_o reason_n of_o their_o tenor_n or_o unless_o it_o be_v for_o our_o service_n at_o every_o admiral_n session_n which_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v always_o tie_v and_o bind_v to_o attend_v upon_o their_o peril_n be_v thereunto_o lawful_o summon_v as_o heretofore_o and_o moreover_o that_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v likewise_o exempt_v and_o discharge_v from_o the_o same_o other_o than_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v first_o allow_v of_o by_o they_o or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o if_o upon_o examination_n and_o trial_n have_v of_o any_o they_o shall_v find_v the_o same_o sufficient_a be_v natural_o bear_v our_o subject_n within_o our_o obeisance_n the_o same_o and_o every_o such_o they_o shall_v receive_v into_o the_o say_a or_o restrain_v corporation_n and_o therefore_o no_o alien_a to_o be_v suffer_v to_o sail_v in_o any_o english_a ship_n unless_o allow_v by_o this_o corporation_n that_o none_o do_v take_v any_o alien_a or_o stranger_n bear_v to_o sail_n or_o serve_v in_o any_o ship_n or_o other_o vessel_n belong_v unto_o any_o of_o our_o subject_n come_v into_o or_o go_v forth_o of_o the_o say_a river_n of_o say_a corporation_n pound_n under_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o five_o pound_n upon_o pain_n of_o five_o pound_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n to_o be_v forfeit_v and_o pay_v by_o the_o person_n power_n to_o hear_v and_o determine_v all_o complaint_n of_o seaman_n officer_n etc._n etc._n seaman_n purser_n of_o a_o ship_n or_o other_o officer_n minister_n or_o member_n belong_v of_o or_o to_o any_o merchant_n or_o owner_n ship_n in_o any_o voyage_n to_o be_v make_v outward_o or_o homeward_o to_o or_o from_o the_o say_a place_n and_o place_n or_o any_o of_o they_o according_a to_o the_o quality_n of_o the_o same_o complaint_n always_o provide_v admiralty_n with_o the_o reserve_n of_o a_o appeal_n to_o the_o lord_n admiral_n or_o judge_n of_o the_o admiralty_n that_o the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o offend_v may_v yet_o nevertheless_o afterward_o if_o he_o or_o they_o find_v themselves_o grieve_v therewith_o appeal_v unto_o the_o the_o lord_n high_a admiral_n of_o england_n or_o to_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o high_a court_n of_o our_o admiralty_n for_o the_o time_n be_v for_o redress_v therein_o and_o for_o that_o it_o have_v be_v find_v by_o experience_n that_o divers_a stranger_n ship_n and_o vessel_n ship_n what_o shall_v be_v repute_v a_o english_a ship_n under_o the_o colour_n of_o have_v english_a master_n have_v pass_v for_o and_o be_v repute_v english_a ship_n and_o vessel_n and_o so_o have_v avoid_v the_o payment_n of_o their_o duty_n and_o imposition_n in_o that_o proportion_n which_o by_o the_o law_n and_o constitution_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n they_o ought_v to_o have_v pay_v to_o the_o great_a abuse_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n for_o the_o prevent_n of_o the_o like_a abuse_n in_o time_n to_o come_v and_o that_o there_o may_v be_v no_o mistake_n for_o the_o future_a either_o in_o imposition_n of_o duty_n or_o of_o fines_n or_o penalty_n it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o only_o such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n shall_v be_v repute_v and_o take_v to_o be_v a_o english_a ship_n or_o vessel_n which_o have_v a_o english_a master_n and_o three_o part_n of_o four_o of_o the_o whole_a number_n of_o officer_n and_o mariner_n english_a
