every_o of_o they_o to_o have_v take_v recover_v and_o enjoy_v the_o same_o to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_v t_n w._n his_o executor_n and_o assign_v without_o yield_v any_o account_n of_o or_o for_o the_o same_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o in_o as_o large_a and_o ample_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o say_v i._o ought_v or_o he_o his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n may_v recover_v or_o obtain_v or_o may_v have_v recover_v or_o obtain_v the_o same_o if_o this_o present_a indenture_n be_v have_v never_o have_v nor_o make_v to_o in_o for_o and_o about_o the_o recover_a obtain_v get_v and_o discharge_v of_o which_o say_v several_a sum_n of_o money_n contain_v or_o specify_v in_o the_o say_v several_a obligation_n and_o the_o prosecute_n and_o sue_v out_o of_o all_o action_n suit_n judgement_n and_o execution_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o the_o do_v and_o execute_v of_o all_o thing_n to_o or_o for_o those_o effect_n the_o say_v i._o h._n for_o he_o etc._n etc._n by_o these_o present_v do_v clear_o full_o and_o absolute_o give_v grant_v and_o transferr_v unto_o the_o say_v t._n w._n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n full_a and_o irrecoverable_a power_n and_o authority_n in_o as_o ample_a and_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o shall_v be_v requisite_a in_o the_o law_n and_o further_o the_o say_v i._o for_o he_o etc._n etc._n covenant_v etc._n etc._n that_o he_o the_o say_v i._o heretofore_o have_v not_o acquit_v discharge_v or_o make_v void_a and_o that_o he_o the_o say_v i._o his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v not_o acquit_v etc._n etc._n the_o say_v obligation_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o they_o or_o of_o any_o of_o they_o or_o of_o the_o covenant_n grant_n article_n or_o argeement_n mention_v in_o the_o say_a indenture_n of_o lease_n make_v to_o the_o say_v p._n s._n as_o aforesaid_a or_o any_o of_o they_o without_o the_o special_a consent_n and_o request_n in_o write_v of_o the_o say_v t._n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n first_fw-mi therefore_o have_v and_o make_v and_o that_o the_o say_v i._o his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n at_o any_o time_n without_o like_a request_n and_o consent_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v not_o receive_v take_v or_o otherwise_o discharge_v or_o acquit_v the_o say_v several_a sum_n of_o money_n contain_v the_o say_v several_a obligation_n or_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o they_o or_o of_o either_o of_o they_o and_o also_o that_o the_o say_v t._n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n without_o let_v or_o interruption_n of_o the_o say_v i._o his_o executor_n be_v administrator_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o of_o any_o other_o by_o the_o mean_n of_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v recover_v and_o obtain_v the_o say_v several_a sum_n of_o money_n specify_v in_o the_o say_v several_a obligation_n and_o every_o part_n etc._n etc._n and_o take_v retain_v and_o enjoy_v the_o same_o and_o every_o part_n of_o they_o from_z and_z after_o the_o recovery_n and_o obtain_v thereof_o to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_v t._n etc._n etc._n without_o any_o account_n of_o or_o for_o
