only_o during_o his_o life_n all_o and_o every_o ecclesiastical_a and_o spiritual_a promotion_n benefice_n &_o office_n and_o every_o temporal_a and_o lay_a promotion_n and_o office_n which_o he_o have_v sole_o at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o refusal_n make_v and_o that_o the_o whole_a title_n interest_n and_o incumbency_n in_o every_o such_o promotion_n benefice_n and_o other_o office_n as_o against_o such_o person_n only_o so_o refuse_v during_o his_o life_n shall_v clear_o cease_v and_o be_v void_a as_o though_o the_o party_n so_o refuse_v be_v dead_a and_o that_o also_o all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o refuse_v to_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n shall_v immediate_o after_o such_o refusal_n be_v from_o thencefoorth_o during_o his_o life_n disable_v to_o retain_v or_o exercise_v any_o office_n or_o other_o promotion_n which_o he_o at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o refusal_n have_v joint_o or_o in_o common_a with_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n that_o at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o shall_v be_v prefer_v promote_v or_o collate_v to_o any_o archbishopric_n or_o bishopric_n or_o to_o any_o other_o spiritual_a or_o ecclesiastical_a benefice_n promotion_n dignity_n office_n or_o ministry_n or_o that_o shall_v be_v by_o your_o highness_n your_o heir_n or_o successor_n prefer_v or_o promote_v to_o any_o temporal_a or_o lay_a office_n ministry_n or_o service_n within_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o any_o your_o highness_n dominion_n before_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v take_v upon_o he_o or_o they_o to_o receive_v use_v exercise_n supply_v or_o occupy_v any_o such_o archbishopric_n bishopric_n promotion_n dignity_n office_n ministry_n or_o service_n shall_v likewise_o make_v take_v &_o receive_v the_o say_v corporal_a oath_n before_o mention_v upon_o the_o evangelist_n before_o such_o person_n as_o have_v or_o shall_v have_v authority_n to_o admit_v any_o such_o person_n to_o highness_n your_o heir_n or_o successor_n shall_v be_v name_v and_o appoint_v to_o accept_v or_o receive_v the_o same_o and_o that_o also_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n take_v order_n and_o all_o and_o every_o other_o person_n and_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v promote_v or_o prefer_v to_o any_o degree_n of_o learning_n in_o any_o university_n within_o this_o your_o realm_n or_o dominion_n before_o he_o shall_v receive_v or_o take_v any_o such_o order_n or_o be_v prefer_v to_o any_o such_o degree_n of_o learning_n shall_v make_v take_v and_o receive_v the_o say_a oath_n by_o aswell_o real_a as_o personal_a and_o if_o any_o such_o person_n so_o convict_v or_o attaint_v shall_v not_o have_v or_o be_v worth_a of_o his_o proper_a good_n and_o cattle_n to_o the_o value_n of_o xx.li_fw-la at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o his_o conviction_n or_o attainder_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n so_o convict_v and_o attaint_v over_o and_o beside_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o all_o reign_n of_o king_n richard_n the_o second_o and_o if_o any_o such_o offendor_n proffendour_n at_o any_o time_n after_o the_o say_v second_o conviction_n and_o attayndour_n do_v the_o third_o time_n commit_v and_o do_v the_o say_a offence_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o be_v thereof_o due_o convict_v and_o attaint_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a that_o then_o every_o such_o offence_n or_o offence_n shall_v be_v deem_v and_o adjudge_v high_a treason_n and_o that_o the_o offendor_n and_o offender_n therein_o be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v and_o attaint_v accord_v to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v suffer_v pain_n of_o death_n and_o other_o penalty_n forfeiture_n and_o loss_n as_o in_o case_n of_o high_a treason_n by_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n or_o offence_n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_n extend_v to_o repeal_v any_o clause_n matter_n or_o sentence_n contain_v or_o specify_v in_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_v make_v in_o the_o say_v first_o and_o second_o year_n of_o the_o reign_v of_o the_o say_v late_a king_n philippe_n and_o queen_n marie_n as_o do_v in_o any_o wise_a touch_n or_o concern_v any_o matter_n or_o cause_n of_o praemunire_n or_o that_o do_v make_v or_o ordain_v any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o be_v within_o the_o case_n of_o praemunire_n but_o that_o the_o same_o for_o so_o much_o only_o as_o touch_v or_o concern_v any_o case_n or_o matter_n of_o praemunire_n shall_v stand_v and_o remain_v in_o such_o force_n and_o effect_n as_o the_o same_o be_v before_o the_o make_v of_o this_o act_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v to_o the_o contrary_n in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_n extend_v or_o be_v prejudicial_a to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o any_o offence_n or_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v or_o hereafter_o to_o be_v commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o any_o act_n or_o statute_n now_o revive_v by_o this_o act_n before_o the_o end_n of_o xxx_o day_n next_o after_o the_o end_n of_o the_o session_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v or_o any_o other_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o if_o it_o happen_v that_o any_o year_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v fortune_n to_o be_v indict_v of_o and_o for_o any_o offence_n that_o be_v revive_v or_o make_v praemunire_n or_o treason_n by_o this_o act_n that_o then_o he_o so_o be_v indict_v shall_v have_v his_o trial_n to_o have_v or_o execute_v any_o jurisdiction_n power_n or_o authority_n spiritual_a or_o to_o visit_v reform_v order_n or_o correct_v any_o error_n heresy_n schism_n abuse_n or_o enormity_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_n have_v authority_n or_o power_n to_o order_n determine_v or_o adjudge_v any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o be_v heresy_n but_o only_o such_o as_o heretofore_o have_v be_v determine_v order_a or_o adjudge_v to_o be_v heresy_n by_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o canonical_a scripture_n or_o by_o the_o first_o four_o general_a counsel_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o by_o any_o other_o general_a counsel_n wherein_o the_o same_o be_v declare_v heresy_n by_o the_o express_a &_o plain_a word_n of_o the_o say_v canonical_a scripture_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v hereafter_o indict_v or_o arraign_v for_o any_o the_o offence_n make_v ordain_v revive_v or_o adjudge_v by_o this_o act_n unless_o there_o be_v two_o sufficient_a witness_n or_o more_o to_o testify_v and_o declare_v the_o say_a offence_n whereof_o he_o shall_v be_v indict_v or_o arraign_v and_o that_o the_o say_v witness_n or_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v live_n and_o authority_n against_o richard_n chetwod_n esquire_n and_o agnes_n his_o wife_n by_o the_o name_n of_o agnes_n doodhul_n at_o the_o suit_n of_o charles_n tyrrell_n gentleman_n in_o a_o cause_n of_o matrimony_n solemnize_v between_o the_o say_a richard_n &_o agnes_n as_o by_o the_o same_o pretence_a sentence_n more_o plain_o do_v appear_v from_o which_o sentence_n the_o say_a richard_n and_o of_o the_o say_v richard_n and_o agnes_n for_o the_o reverse_v of_o the_o say_v pretence_a sentence_n before_o the_o end_n of_o three_o score_n day_n next_o after_o the_o end_n of_o this_o session_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o then_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v judge_v &_o take_v to_o be_v good_a and_o effectual_a in_o the_o law_n and_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v use_v plead_v and_o allow_v in_o any_o court_n or_o place_n within_o this_o realm_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n or_o in_o any_o other_o act_n or_o statute_n contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o england_n which_o be_v set_v forth_o in_o one_o book_n entitle_v the_o book_n of_o common_a prayer_n &_o administration_n of_o sacrament_n and_o other_o rite_n &_o ceremony_n in_o the_o church_n of_o england_n authorise_v by_o act_n of_o parliament_n hold_v in_o the_o five_o and_o six_o year_n of_o our_o say_a late_o sovereign_a lord_n king_n edward_n the_o six_o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o uniformity_n of_o common_a prayer_n and_o administration_n of_o the_o sacrament_n the_o which_o be_v repeal_v and_o take_v away_o by_o act_n of_o parliament_n in_o the_o first_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o our_o late_a sovereign_a lady_n queen_n mary_n to_o the_o great_a decay_n of_o the_o due_a honour_n of_o god_n and_o discomfort_n to_o the_o professor_n of_o the_o truth_n of_o christ_n religion_n be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o the_o say_a statute_n of_o repeal_n and_o every_o thing_n therein_o contain_v only_o concern_v the_o say_a book_n and_o the_o service_n administration_n of_o sacrament_n rite_n &_o ceremony_n contain_v or_o appoint_v in_o or_o by_o the_o say_a book_n shall_v be_v void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n from_o &_o after_o the_o feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o s._n john_n baptist_n next_o come_v and_o that_o the_o say_a book_n
