for_o the_o king_n aulnage_n and_o that_o if_o any_o piece_n or_o piece_n of_o stuff_n shall_v be_v find_v in_o the_o possession_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n unseal_v except_o in_o the_o possession_n of_o the_o first_o owner_n or_o maker_n thereof_o the_o person_n or_o person_n in_o who_o custody_n the_o same_o shall_v be_v find_v shall_v be_v adjudge_v guilty_a of_o deceit_n and_o shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o piece_n of_o stuff_n which_o be_v so_o find_v in_o his_o or_o their_o possession_n unseal_v as_o aforesaid_a the_o sum_n of_o four_o shilling_n stuff_n the_o penalty_n for_o buy_v unseal_v stuff_n and_o the_o maker_n and_o seller_n of_o the_o same_o who_o shall_v deliver_v the_o same_o out_o of_o he_o or_o their_o possession_n before_o the_o same_o be_v seal_v shall_v likewise_o forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o piece_n other_o four_o shilling_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o say_a trade_n and_o manufacture_n and_o that_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v counterfeit_v any_o seal_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n or_o shall_v seal_v any_o piece_n of_o stuff_n under_o the_o regulation_n with_o any_o counterfeit_a seal_n trade_n the_o penalty_n for_o counterfeit_v any_o seal_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n or_o shall_v remove_v a_o seal_n off_o one_o piece_n and_o set_v it_o unto_o another_o piece_n which_o have_v not_o be_v seal_v by_o the_o warden_n every_o person_n so_o offend_v and_o be_v thereof_o convict_v by_o his_o own_o confession_n or_o by_o the_o oath_n of_o two_o or_o more_o witnese_n to_o be_v take_v before_o the_o mayor_n of_o the_o say_a city_n or_o his_o deputy_n or_o any_o one_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o city_n of_o norwich_n or_o county_n of_o norfolk_n who_o respective_o have_v hereby_o power_n to_o administer_v a_o oath_n for_o that_o purpose_n shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o pound_n of_o lawful_a english_a money_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o king_n majesty_n year_n none_o may_v use_v the_o say_a trade_n but_o such_o as_o have_v be_v apprentice_n 7._o year_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v use_v or_o exercise_v the_o same_o trade_n as_o a_o weaver_n unless_o he_o have_v serve_v to_o the_o same_o trade_n as_o a_o apprentice_n by_o the_o space_n of_o seven_o year_n upon_o pain_n of_o forfeit_v forty_o shilling_n for_o every_o month_n he_o shall_v use_v or_o exercise_v the_o same_o trade_n not_o have_v serve_v thereunto_o as_o aforesaid_a the_o one_o half_a thereof_o to_o the_o king_n majesty_n and_o the_o other_o half_o thereof_o to_o the_o person_n or_o person_n who_o will_v sue_v or_o prosecute_v for_o the_o same_o by_o action_n of_o debt_n penalty_n the_o penalty_n bill_n plaint_n indictment_n or_o information_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n stuff_n every_o one_o shall_v weave_v his_o own_o mark_n in_o his_o stuff_n and_o that_o every_o person_n under_o the_o say_a regulation_n shall_v weave_v his_o proper_a stuff-mark_a into_o every_o piece_n of_o stuff_n which_o he_o shall_v weave_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v weave_v at_o the_o head_n end_n of_o the_o same_o piece_n upon_o pain_n of_o forfeit_v three_o shilling_n for_o every_o piece_n that_o shall_v be_v weave_v without_o such_o mark_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o say_a trade_n and_o manufacture_n stuff_n the_o warden_n and_o assistant_n may_v enter_v house_n work_v house_n and_o ware_a house_n to_o search_v for_o stuff_n and_o the_o say_a warden_n and_o assistant_n or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v and_o hereby_o have_v power_n to_o enter_v into_o and_o search_v the_o house_n and_o work-house_n of_o any_o artificer_n within_o the_o city_n of_o norwich_n and_o county_n of_o norfolk_n under_o the_o regulation_n of_o the_o say_a warden_n and_o assistant_n and_o the_o shop_n house_n and_o warehouse_n of_o any_o merchant_n common_a buyer_n dealer_n in_o and_o retailer_n of_o any_o the_o say_a stuff_n and_o into_o the_o house_n and_o workhouse_n of_o any_o dier_n shéer-man_n calendar_n or_o other_o workman_n house_n and_o place_n of_o sale_n and_o dress_v of_o the_o say_a stuff_n at_o all_o time_n of_o the_o day_n and_o usual_a time_n of_o work_v and_o may_v there_o search_v and_o view_v the_o stuff_n there_o find_v whether_o they_o be_v order_v and_o make_v according_a to_o this_o present_a act_n try_v faulty_a and_o defective_a stuff_n to_o be_v seize_v and_o try_v and_o the_o law_n order_n and_o ordinance_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n and_o that_o if_o any_o such_o stuff_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v find_v faulty_a or_o defective_a that_o then_o they_o or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o shall_v seize_v take_v and_o carry_v away_o the_o same_o to_o be_v order_v and_o bring_v to_o trial_n and_o proceed_v against_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v before_o in_o this_o present_a act_n mention_v and_o appoint_v for_o defective_a stuff_n journeyman_n proviso_n for_o poor_a journeyman_n and_o for_o the_o better_a provide_v that_o poor_a journeyman_n who_o have_v serve_v in_o the_o say_a trade_n and_o be_v not_o able_a to_o set_v up_o for_o themselves_o may_v be_v employ_v in_o work_n it_o be_v hereby_o enact_v that_o whatsoever_o person_n under_o the_o regulation_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n who_o shall_v employ_v two_o apprentice_n in_o the_o say_a trade_n shall_v likewise_o employ_v and_o set_v on_o work_n two_o journeyman_n in_o the_o say_a trade_n during_o the_o time_n he_o employ_v two_o apprentice_n and_o that_o no_o master-weaver_n under_o the_o regulation_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n have_v employ_v or_o set_v on_o work_n above_o two_o apprentice_n or_o any_o wéek-boy_n to_o weave_v in_o a_o loom_n in_o the_o say_a trade_n in_o worsted-weaving_a upon_o pain_n that_o every_o person_n shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o month_n so_o offend_v as_o aforesaid_a the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o king_n majesty_n act._n obedience_n and_o conformity_n to_o this_o act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o all_o person_n who_o be_v or_o may_v be_v concern_v in_o any_o thing_n contain_v in_o this_o present_a act_n be_v hereby_o strict_o enjoin_v and_o require_v to_o yield_v due_a obedience_n thereunto_o according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o this_o present_a act_n and_o that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v refuse_v execution_n penalty_n upon_o such_o as_o shall_v refuse_v or_o hinder_v the_o execution_n hinder_v or_o will_v not_o permit_v the_o say_v warden_n or_o assistant_n or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o to_o execute_v their_o office_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o act_n that_o then_o every_o person_n so_o offend_v be_v thereof_o convict_v by_o the_o oath_n of_o one_o or_o more_o credible_a witness_n before_o the_o mayor_n of_o the_o say_a city_n or_o his_o deputy_n or_o any_o one_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o say_a city_n of_o norwich_n or_o county_n of_o norfolk_n respective_o who_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o administer_v such_o oath_n shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o forty_o shilling_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o king_n majesty_n and_o if_o any_o person_n lawful_o summon_v to_o appear_v the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o say_a trade_n and_o manufacture_n which_o say_v penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n together_o with_o all_o other_o fine_n and_o penalty_n which_o be_v appoint_v to_o go_v to_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o trade_n and_o manufacture_n or_o for_o the_o use_n thereof_o mention_v in_o this_o act_n the_o mean_n of_o recovery_n of_o which_o be_v not_o already_o otherwise_o herein_o provide_v and_o set_v forth_o shall_v be_v levy_v by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o the_o offender_n good_n and_o chattel_n by_o warrant_n to_o be_v grant_v by_o the_o say_a mayor_n or_o his_o deputy_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o any_o one_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o city_n of_o norwich_n or_o county_n of_o norfolk_n render_v the_o overplus_n of_o such_o distress_n to_o the_o owner_n thereof_o if_o any_o shall_v be_v and_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v by_o he_o demand_v or_o otherwise_o to_o be_v recover_v by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n indictment_n or_o wales_n and_o the_o town_n of_o berwick_n upon_o tweed_n and_o by_o that_o name_n every_o of_o the_o say_a corporation_n shall_v and_o may_v without_o licence_n in_o mortmain_n purchase_n or_o receive_v any_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n not_o exceed_a the_o yearly_a value_n of_o three_o thousand_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la of_o the_o gift_n alienation_n or_o devise_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n who_o be_v hereby_o without_o further_a licence_n enable_v to_o give_v the_o same_o and_o any_o good_n chattel_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n whatsoever_o to_o the_o use_n intent_n and_o purpose_n hereafter_o limit_v and_o appoint_v and_o the_o each_o respective_a corporation_n or_o any_o seven_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v hereby_o power_n and_o authority_n from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o meet_v and_o keep_v court_n for_o the_o end_n and_o purpose_n in_o this_o act_n express_v at_o such_o time_n and_o place_n as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o say_a and_o appoint_v by_o they_o or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o apprehend_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v apprehend_v any_o rogue_n vagrant_n sturdy_n beggar_n or_o idle_a or_o disorderly_a person_n within_o the_o say_a city_n and_o liberty_n place_n division_n and_o precinct_n and_o to_o cause_v they_o to_o be_v keep_v and_o set_v to_o work_v in_o the_o several_a and_o respective_a corporation_n or_o work-house_n and_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o their_o quarter-session_n to_o signify_v unto_o his_o majesty_n privy_a council_n the_o name_n of_o such_o rogue_n vagabond_n idle_a and_o disorderly_a person_n and_o sturdy_n beggar_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a to_o be_v transport_v to_o the_o english_a plantation_n and_o upon_o the_o approbation_n of_o his_o majesty_n privy_a council_n to_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n signify_v which_o person_n shall_v be_v transport_v it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n they_o to_o transport_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v transport_v from_o time_n to_o time_n during_o the_o space_n of_o three_o year_n next_o ensue_v the_o end_n of_o this_o present_a session_n of_o parliament_n to_o any_o of_o the_o english_a plantation_n beyond_o the_o sea_n there_o to_o future_a and_o what_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n they_o shall_v think_v fit_a for_o the_o same_o to_o the_o common-council_n of_o the_o say_a city_n of_o london_n and_o the_o burgess_n and_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o their_o quarter-session_n of_o the_o say_a city_n of_o westminster_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o or_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o respective_a county_n of_o middlesex_n and_o surrey_n assemble_v in_o either_o quarter-session_n that_o thereupon_o the_o common-council_n of_o the_o say_a city_n of_o london_n the_o burgess_n of_o the_o say_a city_n of_o westminster_n and_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o say_a city_n and_o county_n in_o their_o quarter-session_n assemble_v be_v hereby_o require_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o set_v down_o and_o think_v fit_a and_o thereupon_o the_o alderman_n deputy_n and_o common-council-man_n of_o every_o ward_n in_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o burgess_n and_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o city_n of_o westminster_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o and_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o say_a county_n of_o middlesex_n and_o surrey_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o authority_n and_o be_v hereby_o require_v equal_o and_o indifferent_o according_a to_o the_o proportion_n appoint_v as_o aforesaid_a for_o the_o several_a ward_n precinct_n city_n and_o parish_n as_o aforesaid_a to_o tax_v and_o rate_v the_o several_a inhabitant_n within_o the_o say_v respective_a ward_n precinct_n and_o parish_n as_o well_o within_o liberty_n as_o without_o with_o which_o tax_n if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n find_v he_o or_o themselves_o aggrieve_v suppose_v the_o same_o to_o be_v unequal_a he_o or_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v make_v their_o complaint_n know_v to_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n at_o the_o next_o open_a session_n who_o shall_v take_v such_o final_a order_n therein_o as_o in_o like_a case_n be_v already_o by_o the_o law_n provide_v and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o any_o alderman_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n or_o his_o deputy_n or_o the_o burgess_n and_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o city_n of_o westminster_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o or_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o respective_a county_n of_o middlesex_n and_o surrey_n by_o their_o warrant_n under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n to_o authorise_v the_o churchwarden_n or_o overséer_v for_o the_o poor_a within_o the_o place_n and_o parish_n aforesaid_a to_o demand_v gather_v and_o receive_v of_o every_o person_n and_o person_n such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v assess_v upon_o they_o by_o virtue_n of_o the_o taxation_n and_o contribution_n aforesaid_a and_o for_o default_n of_o payment_n within_o ten_o day_n after_o demand_v thereof_o make_v or_o notice_n in_o write_v leave_v at_o the_o dwellinghouse_n or_o lodging_n of_o every_o person_n so_o assess_v to_o levy_v the_o same_o by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o the_o good_n of_o every_o such_o person_n and_o after_o satisfaction_n make_v to_o restore_v the_o surplusage_n to_o the_o party_n so_o distrain_v pay_v stock_n former_o in_o london_n for_o relief_n of_o the_o poor_a how_o to_o be_v pay_v and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o stock_n raise_v for_o the_o relief_n and_o employment_n of_o the_o poor_a in_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberties_n thereof_o which_o be_v in_o the_o hand_n of_o a_o corporation_n heretofore_o appoint_v in_o the_o say_a city_n for_o that_o service_n or_o in_o the_o hand_n of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o before_o the_o nine_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o september_n which_o be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o sixty_o common_o call_v the_o feast_n of_o st._n aforesaid_a be_v at_o sea_n and_o have_v discover_v any_o ship_n to_o be_v a_o turkish_a ship_n pirate_n or_o sea-rover_n shall_v depart_v out_o of_o his_o ship_n upon_o any_o pretence_n whatsoever_o lest_o by_o his_o detention_n on_o board_n any_o such_o ship_n the_o safety_n of_o his_o own_o ship_n be_v hazard_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o if_o the_o master_n of_o any_o english_a ship_n or_o vessel_n though_o not_o of_o the_o burden_n of_o two_o hundred_o tun_n or_o mount_v with_o sixtéen_a gun_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v yield_v his_o say_a ship_n unto_o any_o turkish_a ship_n pirate_n or_o sea-rover_n not_o have_v at_o the_o least_o double_a his_o number_n of_o gun_n without_o fight_v every_o such_o master_n shall_v be_v liable_a to_o all_o and_o every_o the_o penalty_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a admiralty_n process_n out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o admiralty_n that_o upon_o process_n make_v out_o of_o the_o high_a court_n of_o admiralty_n it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o all_o commander_n of_o his_o majesty_n ship_n of_o war_n or_o the_o commander_n of_o any_o other_o english_a ship_n to_o seize_v such_o ship_n or_o master_n so_o offend_v according_a to_o the_o say_a process_n in_o such_o case_n to_o be_v issue_v and_o the_o same_o to_o bring_v or_o send_v in_o merchandize_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v decline_v or_o refuse_v to_o fight_v and_o defend_v the_o ship_n when_o they_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o command_v by_o the_o master_n or_o commander_n thereof_o or_o shall_v utter_v any_o word_n to_o discourage_v the_o other_o mariner_n from_o defend_v the_o ship_n penalty_n the_o penalty_n that_o every_o mariner_n who_o shall_v be_v find_v guilty_a of_o decline_v or_o refuse_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v lose_v all_o his_o wage_n due_a to_o he_o together_o with_o such_o good_n as_o he_o have_v in_o the_o ship_n and_o suffer_v imprisonment_n not_o exceed_a the_o space_n of_o six_o month_n and_o shall_v during_o such_o time_n be_v keep_v to_o hard_a labour_n for_o he_o or_o their_o maintenance_n provide_v always_o that_o if_o any_o ship_n shall_v have_v be_v yield_v as_o aforesaid_a contrary_a to_o the_o will_n and_o endeavour_v of_o the_o master_n or_o commander_n by_o the_o disobedience_n of_o his_o mariner_n testify_v by_o their_o be_v and_o the_o mayor_n bailiff_n or_o other_o head-officer_n for_o the_o time_n be_v of_o every_o port_n haven_n or_o créek_v out_o of_o which_o any_o vessel_n or_o ship_n do_v procee_v to_o fish_v for_o herring_n be_v hereby_o authorize_v and_o require_v before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o july_n swear_v able_a packer_n to_o be_v appoint_v and_o swear_v in_o the_o year_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o four_o and_o before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o july_n in_o every_o year_n after_o to_o appoint_v for_o their_o respective_a haven_n port_n or_o créek_v a_o competent_a number_n of_o able_a and_o experience_a packer_n to_o view_v and_o pack_v all_o such_o white_a or_o red_a herring_n of_o english_a catch_v as_o shall_v be_v bring_v into_o their_o port_n haven_n or_o créek_v and_o well_o and_o true_o to_o mark_v and_o brand_v the_o barrel_n or_o vessel_n into_o which_o they_o shall_v be_v pack_v with_o such_o mark_n or_o brand_v as_o be_v above_o direct_v and_o to_o administer_v to_o they_o yearly_o a_o oath_n which_o oath_n they_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v and_o appoint_v to_o give_v to_o they_o for_o the_o well_o and_o true_a do_v thereof_o according_a to_o this_o act._n packer_n penalty_n for_o not_o appoint_v and_o swear_v packer_n and_o in_o case_n the_o say_a bailiff_n of_o great_a yarmouth_n or_o the_o mayor_n bailiff_n or_o other_o head-officer_n for_o the_o time_n be_v of_o any_o such_o port_n haven_n or_o créek_v shall_v not_o appoint_v and_o swear_v such_o packer_n before_o such_o time_n in_o every_o year_n as_o be_v by_o this_o act_n require_v they_o shall_v for_o every_o default_n forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n one_o moiety_n to_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v inform_v or_o sue_v for_o the_o same_o in_o any_o court_n of_o record_n by_o bill_n plaint_n or_o other_o action_n wherein_o no_o essoign_n protection_n or_o wager_n in_o law_n shall_v be_v allow_v and_o for_o the_o better_a regulate_v of_o the_o island_n and_o westmony_n fishery_n island_n weâ—y_o island_n and_o preservation_n of_o the_o spawn_n of_o fish_n there_o be_v it_o enact_v and_o it_o be_v hereby_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o three_o no_o ship_n or_o vessel_n shall_v procee_v upon_o a_o fishing-voyage_n for_o island_n or_o westmony_n out_o of_o any_o port_n haven_n or_o créek_v in_o england_n or_o wales_n or_o out_o of_o the_o port_n of_o berwick_n upon_o tweed_n until_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o march_n in_o any_o year_n upon_o the_o pain_n of_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o every_o such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n with_o all_o her_o furniture_n tackle_n and_o apparel_n and_o of_o all_o the_o fish_n catch_v in_o such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n and_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o do_v collect_v levy_n or_o take_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v collect_v levy_v or_o take_v in_o newfoundland_n any_o toll_n newfoundland_n newfoundland_n or_o other_o duty_n of_o or_o for_o any_o cod_n or_o poor_a john_n or_o other_o fish_n of_o english_a catch_v under_o pain_n of_o the_o loss_n of_o double_a the_o value_n of_o what_o shall_v be_v by_o they_o levy_v collect_v or_o take_v or_o cause_v to_o be_v collect_v levy_v or_o take_v and_o that_o no_o planter_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o do_v cast_v or_o lay_v any_o seem_v or_o other_o net_n in_o or_o near_o any_o harbour_n in_o newfoundland_n whereby_o to_o take_v the_o spawn_n or_o young_a fry_n of_o the_o poor_a john_n or_o for_o any_o other_o use_n or_o use_n except_o for_o the_o take_n of_o bait_n only_o upon_o pain_n of_o the_o loss_n of_o all_o such_o seem_v or_o net_n and_o of_o the_o fish_n take_v in_o they_o or_o of_o the_o value_n thereof_o to_o be_v recover_v in_o any_o of_o his_o majejesties_n court_n in_o newfoundland_n or_o in_o any_o court_n of_o record_n in_o england_n or_o wales_n by_o bill_n plaint_n or_o other_o action_n wherein_o no_o essoign_n protection_n or_o wager_n in_o law_n shall_v be_v allow_v and_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o planter_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o penalty_n none_o may_v destroy_v house_n or_o spoil_v net_n etc._n etc._n
