fidelity_n zeal_n and_o readiness_n unto_o superior_n so_o lest_o it_o shall_v be_v conceive_v that_o by_o his_o have_n but_o one_o tongue_n to_o speak_v he_o shall_v want_v hand_n during_o the_o time_n of_o his_o attendance_n to_o put_v himself_o in_o a_o readiness_n to_o be_v accountable_a to_o the_o parliament_n remit_v to_o their_o great_a wisdom_n the_o sit_v opportunity_n of_o their_o take_a notice_n of_o his_o say_a proposal_n and_o to_o order_v therein_o according_a unto_o their_o pleasure_n he_o therefore_o think_v it_o requisite_a humble_o to_o dilate_v himself_o in_o this_o manner_n on_o his_o proposal_n and_o to_o demonstrate_v how_o that_o in_o the_o first_o place_n those_o particular_n which_o be_v present_v in_o the_o year_n 1623._o unto_o such_o person_n who_o be_v then_o in_o authority_n be_v of_o such_o a_o nature_n as_o that_o in_o case_n they_o be_v make_v use_n of_o at_o present_a they_o may_v stand_v this_o commonwealth_n in_o as_o great_a a_o stead_n as_o the_o golden_a mine_n do_v unto_o the_o king_n of_o spain_n second_o that_o there_o be_v certain_a establishment_n extant_a in_o other_o country_n which_o if_o they_o be_v practise_v here_o in_o england_n under_o the_o parliament_n protection_n will_v be_v very_o beneficial_a to_o the_o people_n and_o produce_v a_o vast_a stock_n of_o ready_a money_n for_o the_o state_n use_n some_o of_o
