by_o the_o act_n of_o ecclesiastical_a consecration_n these_o thing_n therefore_o be_v thus_o believe_v must_v also_o have_v oblige_v they_o further_a to_o believe_v that_o whatever_o power_n and_o authority_n do_v follow_v from_o this_o right_n of_o administer_a the_o sacrament_n can_v not_o be_v give_v by_o the_o lay-power_n but_o only_o by_o they_o who_o have_v continue_v the_o derivation_n of_o that_o right_n of_o administer_a the_o sacrament_n from_o christ_n and_o his_o apostle_n these_o thing_n therefore_o be_v general_o believe_v by_o the_o bishop_n may_v make_v they_o general_o design_v the_o give_v and_o receive_v the_o same_o power_n in_o their_o consecration_n which_o have_v be_v give_v and_o receive_v by_o consecration_n former_o what_o then_o can_v hinder_v even_o power_n to_o be_v at_o the_o disposal_n of_o the_o civil_a magistrate_n yet_o as_o long_o as_o they_o do_v not_o think_v it_o his_o right_n they_o can_v not_o think_v themselves_o oblige_v in_o stand_v by_o it_o but_o on_o the_o other_o side_n we_o can_v also_o say_v that_o when_o they_o deny_v the_o right_n of_o administer_a the_o sacrament_n to_o be_v derive_v from_o the_o magistrate_n they_o must_v by_o consequence_n deny_v the_o right_n of_o spiritual_a government_n result_v from_o the_o right_n of_o exclude_v refractory_a subject_n from_o the_o sacrament_n and_o from_o the_o spiritual_a body_n and_o from_o the_o right_n annex_v to_o that_o body_n of_o christ_n himself_o they_o must_v i_o say_v by_o necessary_a consequence_n deny_v this_o spiritual_a power_n to_o be_v
