agitate_a in_o that_o synod_n act_v 15._o seem_v to_o proceed_v from_o one_o part_n thereof_o only_o namely_o the_o church_n of_o jerusalem_n as_o appear_v by_o the_o letter_n send_v from_o thence_o not_o mention_v any_o part_n of_o that_o judgement_n as_o proceed_v from_o the_o church_n messenger_n of_o antioch_n resp_n 1._o we_o may_v distinguish_v between_o the_o synod_n pass_v for_o act_n of_o judgement_n upon_o the_o question_n discuss_v and_o the_o send_n of_o that_o judgement_n pass_v by_o the_o synod_n that_o the_o messenger_n of_o the_o church_n of_o antioch_n do_v judge_v joint_o with_o the_o church_n of_o jerusalem_n concern_v the_o matter_n agitate_a in_o that_o synod_n appear_v thus_o in_o every_o regular_a discharge_n of_o the_o duty_n of_o the_o church-messenger_n in_o antioch_n be_v only_o make_v mention_n of_o in_o the_o letter_n may_v be_v because_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church-messenger_n of_o antioch_n be_v already_o know_v to_o the_o church_n nor_o have_v they_o any_o doubt_n of_o their_o messenger_n concurrence_n with_o the_o church_n of_o jerusalem_n in_o the_o present_a conclusion_n if_o there_o be_v any_o doubt_n in_o that_o respect_n they_o be_v personal_o present_a to_o satisfy_v it_o 2_o because_o the_o contrary_n mind_v have_v already_o signify_v their_o non_fw-la acquiescence_n or_o not_o rest_v either_o in_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church_n of_o antioch_n or_o their_o messenger_n in_o the_o delivery_n of_o the_o decree_n of_o the_o synod_n unto_o church_n there_o appear_v not_o any_o cause_n out_o of_o the_o text_n to_o doubt_v the_o delivery_n of_o the_o same_o as_o the_o joint_a judgement_n of_o they_o all_o but_o the_o contrary_n object_n 4._o a_o party_n may_v not_o be_v a_o judge_n paul_n and_o barnabas_n be_v party_n in_o this_o business_n act_v 15._o ergo_fw-la resp_n 1._o paul_n and_o barnabas_n here_o be_v not_o proper_o party_n in_o that_o they_o act_n not_o their_o own_o case_n but_o the_o case_n of_o
