clear_a and_o manifest_v the_o encroachement_n on_o the_o power_n of_o the_o church_n be_v that_o be_v here_o make_v and_o because_o magistrate_n have_v no_o such_o power_n from_o the_o lord_n jesus_n and_o be_v not_o so_o much_o as_o nominal_o church-officer_n as_o prelate_n in_o so_o far_o be_v at_o least_o nor_o can_v act_v any_o other_o way_n as_o magistrate_n than_o with_o a_o coactive_a civil_a power_n and_o not_o ministerial_o under_o jesus_n christ_n it_o be_v manifest_a that_o the_o indulge_v have_v this_o authority_n unto_o the_o present_a exercise_n of_o their_o ministry_n in_o
