reform_v in_o all_o the_o respect_n aforesaid_a the_o major_a proposition_n neither_o be_v nor_o need_v to_o be_v formal_o express_v not_o need_v any_o thing_n to_o the_o probation_n of_o it_o it_o difference_n also_o in_o sundry_a other_o notion_n and_o thing_n between_o the_o minister_n and_o you_o for_o they_o have_v a_o far_o other_o notion_n of_o reformation_n of_o doubtfulness_n of_o defectiveness_n of_o necessity_n of_o reformation_n than_o you_o have_v or_o use_v and_o therefore_o in_o these_o also_o you_o do_v not_o true_o oppose_v one_o another_o they_o mean_v but_o a_o reformation_n of_o the_o doctrine_n in_o as_o far_o as_o doubtful_a and_o defective_a or_o of_o the_o doubtfulness_n and_o defectiveness_n of_o it_o as_o they_o understand_v they_o and_o go_v about_o to_o prove_v they_o not_o as_o you_o take_v they_o again_o a_o necessity_n of_o reform_v but_o not_o so_o great_a and_o internal_a to_o the_o doctrine_n itself_o as_o you_o will_v put_v upon_o the_o minister_n and_o make_v common_a to_o they_o with_o papist_n somewhat_o invidious_o i_o confess_v but_o to_o be_v excuse_v as_o unavoidable_o arise_v from_o your_o mistake_n of_o their_o meaning_n but_o a_o necessity_n of_o precept_n or_o duty_n only_o which_o bind_v we_o to_o reform_v the_o least_o thing_n that_o we_o know_v or_o aught_o to_o know_v to_o be_v amiss_o to_o reform_v the_o brownist_n and_o barrowist_n do_v or_o semi-separate_v from_o she_o as_o semi-brownist_n and_o semi-barrowist_n the_o independent_n do_v and_o do_v at_o least_o some_o of_o they_o before_o now_o as_o well_o at_o this_o time_n have_v you_o look_v into_o their_o do_n as_o it_o seem_v you_o do_v not_o by_o what_o you_o profess_v pag._n 3._o 1._o of_o your_o book_n again_o for_o defectiveness_n they_o be_v far_o from_o the_o notexson_n of_o it_o that_o you_o will_v put_v upon_o they_o and_o so_o argue_v as_o you_o present_v they_o defective_a to_o they_o be_v not_o that_o to_o which_o something_o may_v be_v add_v but_o to_o which_o something_o shall_v be_v add_v for_o the_o dignity_n office_n and_o end_n or_o end_n that_o it_o sustain_v or_o that_o which_o want_v something_o that_o it_o ought_v to_o have_v for_o the_o foresay_a respect_n or_o the_o like_a which_o be_v indeed_o the_o true_a notion_n of_o it_o for_o it_o be_v a_o undeniable_a maxim_n or_o axiom_n shine_v by_o its_o own_o light_n that_o whatsoever_o be_v defective_a aught_o to_o be_v or_o be_v necessary_a to_o be_v reform_v and_o by_o these_o notion_n thus_o explain_v and_o rescue_v from_o misprision_n the_o last_o part_n of_o the_o major_a proposition_n be_v make_v undeniable_o clear_a therefore_o the_o major_a as_o we_o say_v need_v no_o proof_n but_o a_o right_a take_n and_o understand_v of_o these_o term_n here_o now_o i_o may_v stay_v and_o need_v not_o to_o answer_v any_o more_o where_o there_o be_v so_o wide_a a_o mistake_n that_o run_v through_o most_o of_o your_o book_n and_o hinder_v it_o doctrine_n be_v contain_v in_o they_o yea_o how_o many_o doctrine_n every_o homily_n contain_v and_o why_o not_o all_o and_o every_o part_n of_o each_o of_o they_o that_o be_v assertive_a and_o utter_v by_o affirmation_n or_o negation_n be_v not_o to_o be_v think_v such_o a_o doctrine_n in_o the_o sense_n that_o the_o article_n speak_v in_o and_o the_o minister_n understand_v it_o see_v if_o it_o have_v not_o speak_v in_o this_o sense_n but_o in_o that_o whereby_o you_o interpret_v it_o it_o will_v seem_v that_o it_o will_v not_o have_v then_o speak_v in_o the_o singular_a but_o plural_o godly_a and_o wholesome_a doctrine_n etc._n etc._n yourself_o also_o make_v a_o false_a doctrine_n and_o a_o false_a assertion_n equivalent_a term_n and_o if_o thus_o understand_v do_v not_o the_o article_n call_v something_o a_o godly_a and_o wholesome_a doctrine_n which_o be_v false_a doctrine_n and_o do_v it_o not_o bind_v minister_n to_o subscribe_v false_a doctrine_n but_o if_o you_o will_v not_o understand_v the_o article_n thus_o but_o to_o speak_v of_o the_o theme_n or_o chief_a subject_n or_o subject_n only_o of_o homily_n how_o do_v you_o prove_v this_o to_o be_v the_o the_o six_o subparagrap_n or_o sad_a consequence_n they_o prove_v more_o than_o doubtfulness_n or_o a_o bare_a defectiveness_n of_o the_o 37._o article_n not_o as_o in_o its_o self_n consider_v but_o as_o influence_v upon_o by_o the_o declaration_n print_v with_o the_o article_n that_o be_v only_o to_o be_v use_v as_o the_o public_a and_o authorise_a one_o to_o wit_n a_o absurd_a impertinency_n and_o unsuitableness_n to_o the_o time_n of_o his_o then_o majesty_n reign_v with_o as_o absurd_a consequence_n of_o it_o so_o powerful_a be_v some_o then_o to_o abuse_v his_o majesty_n goodness_n be_v more_o absurd_a since_o every_o minister_n be_v thus_o to_o read_v it_o after_o his_o induction_n and_o well_o too_o if_o he_o escape_v a_o oath_n whether_o he_o have_v in_o all_o point_n read_v it_o so_o or_o no_o and_o whether_o he_o keep_v not_o to_o all_o the_o very_a word_n of_o the_o article_n in_o read_v of_o they_o now_o what_o you_o answer_v to_o this_o though_o it_o be_v elaborate_a and_o learned_a as_o consider_v the_o article_n and_o the_o doctrine_n therein_o contain_v in_o themselves_o only_o and_o not_o as_o influence_v on_o by_o the_o declaration_n aforesaid_a yet_o because_o the_o minister_n consider_v they_o only_o here_o as_o so_o influence_v in_o their_o publicness_n and_o authority_n by_o the_o declaration_n aforementioned_a therefore_o you_o may_v easy_o
