express_v 1._o lest_o the_o saint_n shall_v have_v be_v discourage_v from_o pray_v for_o they_o by_o their_o wickedness_n 2._o because_o god_n have_v give_v magistrate_n to_o be_v his_o own_o minister_n to_o we_o for_o good_a rom._n 13.4_o and_o for_o all_o that_o be_v in_o authority_n that_o be_v to_o say_v 1._o magistrate_n or_o governor_n in_o those_o commonwealth_n that_o be_v not_o rule_v by_o king_n 2._o the_o several_a order_n and_o degree_n of_o inferior_a magistrate_n that_o we_o may_v lead_v a_o quiet_a and_o peaceable_a life_n etc._n etc._n not_o that_o this_o be_v the_o
