thing_n by_o say_v it_o be_v out_o of_o doubt_n and_o erect_v a_o new_a tribunal_n this_o man_n head_n be_v so_o fill_v with_o mitre_n that_o he_o dream_v of_o nothing_o but_o tribunal_n this_o be_v too_o to_o gross_a and_o as_o for_o say_v that_o these_o three_o private_a man_n erect_v a_o a_o new_a tribunal_n as_o if_o it_o be_v but_o the_o act_n of_o three_o i_o have_v touch_v that_o before_o and_o shall_v do_v again_o afterward_o the_o 5._o point_n of_o temerity_n he_o say_v lie_v in_o these_o word_n from_o which_o he_o putteh_a this_o parenthesis_n of_o his_o own_o refuse_v the_o immediate_a pastor_n but_o also_o to_o the_o pope_n that_o from_o which_o the_o catholic_n say_v they_o can_v recede_v be_v the_o substance_n of_o the_o letter_n concern_v the_o difficulty_n of_o a_o catholic_a tribunal_n and_o danger_n which_o ensue_v thereof_o to_o themselves_o which_o what_o disobedience_n can_v it_o be_v against_o what_o authority_n be_v it_o for_o there_o be_v no_o as_o this_o divine_a shall_v first_o by_o proof_n have_v put_v it_o out_o of_o question_n that_o my_o lord_n bishop_n have_v the_o authority_n he_o pretend_v second_o that_o that_o authority_n can_v stand_v with_o the_o present_a government_n and_o state_n of_o catholic_n three_o that_o catholics_n be_v so_o far_o subject_a to_o he_o in_o matter_n of_o life_n and_o temporal_a fortune_n as_o to_o of_o the_o catholic_n of_o honour_n and_o quality_n in_o and_o about_o london_n at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o write_v the_o letter_n for_o my_o lord_n bishop_n himself_o do_v then_o in_o a_o manner_n confess_v as_o much_o for_o to_o one_o noble_a man_n very_o well_o know_v he_o write_v that_o his_o lordship_n letter_n which_o he_o have_v write_v to_o disclaim_v from_o the_o lay_v man_n letter_n succeed_v &_o why_o but_o because_o that_o none_o that_o consider_v the_o state_n of_o catholic_a affair_n here_o in_o england_n and_o what_o consequence_n the_o authority_n of_o ordinary_a bring_v with_o it_o and_o withal_o have_v any_o care_n of_o their_o own_o fortune_n or_o common_a good_a can_v think_v it_o safe_a for_o they_o to_o admit_v of_o such_o authority_n it_o be_v true_a that_o if_o a_o man_n ask_v ordinary_a people_n that_o dive_v not_o into_o the_o matter_n whether_o they_o acknowledge_v my_o lord_n of_o chalcedon_n for_o their_o pastor_n or_o some_o perhaps_o who_o understand_v the_o matter_n better_o but_o have_v not_o much_o to_o loose_v it_o may_v be_v they_o will_v easy_o answer_n they_o acknowledge_v he_o for_o their_o pastor_n and_o this_o be_v the_o way_n which_o have_v be_v use_v with_o those_o hundred_o which_o this_o divine_a say_v have_v disclaim_v from_o this_o letter_n but_o though_o they_o be_v more_o it_o make_v not_o much_o matter_n and_o though_o there_o shall_v be_v but_o 30._o that_o be_v privy_a to_o this_o letter_n may_v not_o those_o 30._o be_v of_o such_o account_n as_o may_v be_v more_o worth_a than_o many_o of_o this_o sense_n of_o the_o laity_n not_o wrest_v and_o wring_v not_o gloss_v and_o commentary_v by_o the_o divine_a at_o his_o pleasure_n but_o in_o the_o plain_a and_o obvious_a meaning_n of_o the_o very_a word_n far_o from_o passion_n and_o temerity_n as_o i_o have_v here_o show_v and_o so_o i_o come_v to_o the_o 3._o section_n the_o title_n whereof_o be_v this_o sect._n 3_o that_o the_o motive_n of_o the_o three_o man_n be_v not_o all_o human_a and_o worldly_a in_o this_o 3._o section_n the_o divine_a examine_v what_o the_o lay_v man_n motive_n be_v to_o resist_v the_o restore_n of_o episcopal_a of_o total_a restitution_n of_o the_o catholic_a faith_n when_o almighty_a god_n shall_v please_v the_o sea_n apostolic_a deal_v most_o prudent_o send_v man_n hither_o with_o so_o much_o power_n as_o consider_v since_o none_o of_o these_o spiritual_a commodity_n which_o this_o divine_a speak_v off_o be_v necessary_o connect_v with_o the_o authority_n of_o ordinary_a neither_o be_v so_o necessary_a but_o that_o a_o man_n may_v be_v a_o good_a christian_a and_o catholic_a without_o they_o they_o can_v be_v the_o true_a motive_n of_o pursue_v the_o matter_n with_o such_o violence_n and_o heat_n to_o the_o great_a scandal_n and_o harm_n of_o the_o catholic_a cause_n than_o all_o the_o authority_n my_o lord_n bishop_n will_v have_v or_o this_o divine_a have_v for_o he_o will_v do_v good_a
