raise_v and_o lay_v a_o levy_n for_o the_o provide_v of_o arm_n and_o ammunition_n for_o supply_v the_o want_n aforesaid_a that_o be_v to_o say_v musket_n and_o sword_n for_o the_o foot_n and_o pistol_n sword_n &_o carabine_n for_o horse_n and_o also_o for_o every_o list_a soldier_n at_o the_o least_o two_o pound_n of_o powder_n county_n levy_n to_o be_v raise_v by_o county-court_n for_o shall_v be_v want_v and_o needful_a for_o the_o building_n and_o repair_v of_o their_o respective_a fort_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o whereas_o the_o act_n of_o 1667_o have_v provide_v for_o the_o mannagement_n and_o command_n of_o the_o fort_n it_o be_v hereby_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o additional_a be_v thereunto_o make_v viz._n that_o upon_o all_o alarm_n or_o sudden_a invasion_n or_o occasion_n in_o the_o absence_n of_o the_o major_a general_n the_o next_o colonel_n or_o adjacent_a commander_n to_o any_o fort_n shall_v draw_v down_o of_o his_o
