severe_a law_n of_o praemunire_n most_o impudent_o to_o satisfy_v their_o own_o licentious_a and_o lordly_a lust_n have_v from_o time_n to_o time_n ascit_v &_o summon_v by_o their_o lawless_a process_n and_o arrest_v and_o attach_v by_o their_o malapart_n apparitour_n messenger_n and_o pursevaunte_n the_o free_a people_n of_o this_o realm_n by_o violence_n draw_v they_o not_o only_o into_o their_o public_a court_n and_o consistory_n but_o private_o also_o into_o secret_a corner_n and_o privy_a chamber_n forcinge_v they_o there_o with_o rough_a and_o rigorous_a term_n of_o disgrace_n and_o reproache_v upon_o every_o bare_a surmise_n and_o uncertain_a rumour_n to_o take_v a_o corporal_a oath_n to_o be_v examine_v upon_o article_n captious_a and_o deceitful_a seek_v thereby_o most_o uncharitablie_o for_o matter_n of_o accusation_n against_o who_o if_o any_o man_n dare_v stand_v upon_o term_n of_o his_o lawful_a liberty_n but_o a_o little_a repine_v and_o refuse_v to_o swear_v punishment_n of_o such_o as_o be_v by_o due_a course_n of_o law_n condemn_v or_o for_o restraint_n of_o person_n suspect_v not_o bayleable_a for_o a_o time_n convenient_a of_o examination_n and_o judicial_a proceed_n those_o merciless_a magistrate_n void_a of_o all_o pity_n and_o compassion_n after_o their_o sudden_a and_o rage_a commitment_n for_o the_o most_o part_n proceed_v not_o to_o full_a examination_n and_o sentence_n but_o after_o long_a and_o miserable_a imprisonment_n in_o so_o much_o as_o it_o
