allow_v to_o except_v against_o ill_a men._n but_o whether_o they_o be_v sound_a in_o faith_n and_o endue_v with_o knowledge_n and_o understanding_n right_o to_o divide_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o discharge_v their_o duty_n that_o be_v ever_o the_o office_n of_o the_o bishop_n to_o inquire_v as_o also_o to_o ordain_v and_o appoint_v they_o for_o they_o must_v lay_v hand_n sudden_o on_o no_o the_o church_n and_o suppose_v a_o bishop_n and_o presbyter_n be_v one_o order_n and_o a_o presbyter_n have_v equal_a authority_n original_o to_o ordain_v as_o well_o as_o bishop_n which_o in_o the_o judgement_n of_o most_o church_n they_o have_v not_o yet_o what_o a_o unreasonable_a thing_n be_v it_o to_o make_v use_n of_o a_o power_n of_o ordination_n which_o be_v never_o own_v and_o allow_v for_o 1500_o year_n in_o the_o church_n and_o which_o do_v create_v many_o doubt_n and_o dispute_v and_o great_a confusion_n in_o the_o church_n when_o they_o may_v have_v ordination_n from_o the_o bishop_n which_o all_o confess_v be_v sound_a and_o valid_a and_o thereby_o man_n may_v avoid_v give_v scandal_n to_o many_o church_n and_o raise_v scruple_n in_o the_o mind_n of_o people_n at_o home_n which_o all_o charity_n do_v require_v good_a christian_n to_o prevent_v now_o this_o succession_n of_o bishop_n down_o from_o the_o apostle_n time_n to_o our_o day_n call_v luther_n t._n 4._o another_o better_a call_n whereby_o they_o say_v they_o be_v move_v by_o the_o spirit_n to_o teach_v but_o such_o impostor_n lie_v they_o be_v move_v by_o a_o spirit_n indeed_o but_o not_o by_o a_o good_a but_o a_o wicked_a spirit_n wherefore_o we_o must_v not_o run_v into_o another_o man_n charge_n as_o the_o devil_n do_v stir_v up_o his_o minister_n to_o run_v where_o they_o be_v not_o call_v
