but_o episcopacy_n go_v beyond_o this_o boundary_a by_o set_v up_o a_o new_a officer_n in_o the_o church_n which_o the_o scripture_n know_v not_o and_o so_o one_o form_n be_v determine_v though_o not_o by_o any_o law_n condemn_v the_o other_o express_o yet_o by_o the_o law_n that_o warrant_v it_o and_o the_o want_n of_o any_o law_n to_o warrant_v the_o other_o 3._o we_o deny_v that_o all_o have_v think_v it_o lawful_a to_o set_v the_o one_o over_o the_o other_o his_o qualification_n of_o church_n officer_n be_v very_o lame_a see_v he_o do_v not_o show_v we_o who_o among_o the_o presbyter_n be_v fit_a to_o be_v make_v my_o lord_n bishop_n as_o well_o as_o he_o show_v who_o among_o the_o people_n be_v fit_a to_o be_v presbyter_n 2._o the_o law_n concern_v qualification_n do_v what_o purpose_n shall_v he_o require_v ability_n to_o rule_v in_o they_o to_o the_o same_o purpose_n be_v what_o he_o say_v of_o tit._n that_o he_o bid_v he_o ordain_v elder_n but_o tell_v not_o
