there_o be_v a_o necessity_n as_o to_o the_o observation_n of_o the_o canon_n and_o a_o great_a expediency_n if_o it_o be_v more_o use_v as_o to_o the_o regulate_v of_o preach_v which_o within_o the_o compass_n of_o our_o own_o observation_n and_o experience_n have_v be_v make_v a_o instrument_n not_o only_o of_o promote_a error_n in_o the_o church_n but_o also_o sedition_n and_o rebellion_n in_o the_o state_n institution_n then_o do_v not_o authorise_v benefice_v man_n to_o preach_v in_o their_o own_o benefice_n unlicensed_a so_o that_o if_o neither_o ordination_n nor_o institution_n give_v sufficient_a authority_n to_o preach_v i_o mean_v as_o to_o particular_a diocese_n and_o church_n without_o licence_n than_o there_o be_v a_o necessity_n of_o licens_v all_o preacher_n but_o if_o it_o or_o at_o least_o a_o great_a expediency_n in_o require_v preacher_n to_o be_v license_v ii_o as_o to_o the_o person_n who_o be_v to_o licence_n it_o be_v only_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n himself_o in_o which_o the_o license_v person_n reside_v this_o as_o to_o deacon_n seem_v very_o plain_a by_o these_o word_n in_o the_o office_n of_o ordination_n which_o the_o bishop_n use_v in_o the_o delivery_n of_o the_o new_a testament_n to_o the_o ordain_a person_n take_v thou_o authority_n to_o read_v the_o gospel_n in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n and_o to_o preach_v the_o same_o if_o
