state_n they_o may_v declare_v what_o doctrine_n they_o please_v to_o be_v teach_v in_o the_o church_n provide_v they_o be_v not_o repugnant_a to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n for_o if_o their_o right_n be_v divine_a their_o power_n be_v absolute_a and_o uncontrollable_a where_o scripture_n have_v not_o determine_v the_o bound_n and_o
