hereby_o require_v and_o authorize_v upon_o the_o receipt_n of_o this_o order_n forthwith_o to_o proceed_v effectual_o and_o diligent_o to_o execute_v the_o say_a ordinance_n according_a to_o the_o assessor_n or_o any_o four_o of_o they_o proceed_v in_o their_o assessment_n according_a to_o their_o judgement_n and_o best_a information_n shall_v assess_v any_o person_n above_o the_o twenty_o part_n of_o his_o estate_n and_o that_o the_o person_n so_o assess_v do_v find_v himself_o grieve_v with_o the_o same_o assess_n or_o rate_v that_o then_o the_o party_n so_o assess_v pay_v one_o no_o sufficient_a distress_n be_v find_v that_o then_o the_o say_a collector_n shall_v respective_o have_v power_n to_o inquire_v of_o any_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n due_a or_o to_o be_v due_a satify_v and_o the_o say_v respective_a collector_n shall_v have_v further_a power_n to_o compound_v for_o any_o of_o the_o say_a rent_n tithe_n good_n or_o debt_n due_a unto_o the_o say_a person_n so_o assess_v respective_o as_o aforesaid_a with_o any_o person_n or_o person_n by_o who_o the_o say_a rent_n tithe_n good_n or_o debt_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v owe_v as_o also_o to_o give_v full_a and_o ample_a discharge_n for_o the_o money_n by_o they_o so_o receive_v upon_o composition_n or_o otherwise_o which_o discharge_v shall_v be_v good_a and_o effectual_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n and_o if_o the_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o assess_v can_v be_v levy_v by_o any_o of_o these_o mean_n or_o way_n than_o the_o person_n so_o respective_o assess_v shall_v be_v imprison_v in_o such_o place_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o for_o so_o long_a time_n as_o the_o committee_n of_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o for_o the_o examination_n shall_v appoint_v and_o order_v and_o the_o family_n of_o all_o such_o person_n so_o imprison_v shall_v no_o long_o remain_v within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o westminster_n the_o suburb_n and_o the_o county_n adjacent_a and_o be_v it_o further_o ordain_v that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o assessor_n and_o collector_n of_o the_o say_v several_a sum_n shall_v have_v the_o protection_n of_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n for_o their_o indemnity_n in_o this_o service_n and_o receive_v such_o reasonable_a allowance_n for_o their_o pain_n take_v and_o charge_v disburse_v or_o to_o be_v disburse_v therein_o
