plant_v and_o to_o ordain_v pastor_n and_o teacher_n in_o settle_a church_n and_o how_o will_v it_o be_v prove_v that_o the_o apostle_n do_v not_o give_v authority_n to_o these_o man_n to_o preach_v the_o gospel_n as_o they_o go_v be_v there_o not_o need_v when_o the_o apostle_n themselves_o must_v stay_v at_o jerusalem_n v._o 1._o and_o the_o gospel_n must_v be_v preach_v abroad_o at_o the_o
