we_o so_o reject_v to_o look_v into_o their_o estate_n and_o not_o wilful_o to_o abide_v in_o their_o error_n to_o their_o perdition_n for_o the_o anabaptist_n who_o you_o say_v do_v not_o set_v up_o a_o new_a covenant_n and_o gospel_n though_o they_o set_v up_o a_o new_a baptism_n what_o they_o do_v both_o their_o writing_n and_o practice_n show_v but_o howsoever_o they_o persuade_v themselves_o to_o retain_v the_o old_a covenant_n and_o gospel_n yet_o be_v it_o not_o so_o for_o whosoever_o receive_v not_o that_o gospel_n and_o covenant_n that_o be_v preach_v and_o give_v to_o abraham_n and_o pretend_v to_o receive_v a_o gospel_n or_o covenant_n they_o receive_v a_o new_a covenant_n and_o gospel_n but_o the_o anabaptist_n receive_v not_o the_o gospel_n or_o covenant_n preach_v to_o abr._n and_o yet_o pretend_v to_o receive_v a_o covenant_n therefore_o it_o be_v a_o new_a covenant_n and_o gospel_n which_o they_o receive_v for_o that_o covenant_n which_o be_v give_v to_o abraham_n be_v give_v to_o he_o and_o to_o his_o seed_n to_o the_o jew_n and_o their_o seed_n but_o the_o covenant_n which_o the_o anabaptist_n plead_v for_o be_v a_o covenant_n that_o shall_v be_v make_v to_o the_o parent_n and_o not_o to_o their_o seed_n &_o therefore_o be_v not_o the_o same_o but_o a_o new_a and_o strange_a gospel_n never_o hear_v of_o in_o the_o day_n of_o abraham_n again_o that_o covenant_n that_o be_v give_v to_o abraham_n be_v a_o seal_a covenant_n to_o al._n to_o gen._n 1●_n 10._o 13._o the_o a●_n baptist_n ●ny_v baptis●_n to_o be_v a_o se●_n of_o the_o cou●nant_n &_o indeed_o t●_n have_v no_o outward_a s●_n lead_v covan●_n at_o al._n he_o and_o to_o his_o natural_a seed_n but_o that_o covenant_n which_o the_o anabaptist_n will_v enter_v into_o and_o receive_v be_v a_o unseal_v covenant_n at_o least_o but_o seal_v only_o to_o the_o parent_n and_o not_o to_o their_o seed_n and_o so_o be_v not_o the_o same_o but_o a_o new_a gospel_n in_o my_o former_a answer_n i_o say_v that_o it_o can_v not_o be_v show_v that_o any_o man_n do_v ever_o baptise_v himself_o without_o special_a commandment_n from_o god_n etc._n etc._n and_o you_o thus_o reply_n i_o say_v as_o much_o as_o you_o have_v to_o set_v up_o a_o true_a church_n wherein_o you_o answer_v not_o direct_o to_o the_o point_n but_o shift_v it_o of_o with_o say_v that_o you_o have_v as_o much_o power_n to_o set_v up_o baptism_n or_o baptise_v yourself_o as_o we_o to_o set_v up_o a_o church_n for_o suppose_v we_o have_v not_o this_o power_n to_o set_v up_o a_o church_n then_o how_o be_v your_o action_n of_o baptise_v yourself_o justify_v but_o how_o we_o have_v power_n for_o that_o we_o have_v do_v i_o have_v former_o show_v viz._n that_o we_o have_v power_n by_o the_o lord_n commandment_n to_o *_o come_v out_o of_o babylon_n to_o obey_v the_o truth_n reveil_v 18._o ●ev_n 18._o unto_o we_o and_o to_o join_v together_o in_o the_o †_o feloship_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o walk_v in_o all_o the_o way_n of_o god_n this_o be_v that_o we_o can_v do_v and_o all_o that_o we_o do_v be_v by_o 5._o phil._n 1._o 5._o divine_a commandment_n for_o if_o the_o lord_n have_v not_o so_o enjoin_v we_o our_o be_v justify_v to_o be_v of_o god_n and_o your_o baptism_n prove_v but_o a_o vain_a fancy_n further_o i_o desire_v it_o may_v be_v show_v that_o baptism_n which_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o work_n of_o the_o ministry_n can_v lawful_o and_o by_o warrant_n from_o god_n be_v administer_v by_o any_o but_o either_o by_o extraordinary_a authority_n as_o by_o john_n ananias_n the_o apostle_n prophet_n evangelist_n or_o ordinary_a as_o by_o pastor_n and_o teacher_n or_o that_o a_o person_n unbaptise_v without_o special_a commandment_n from_o heaven_n for_o ordinary_a rule_n there_o be_v none_o may_v baptise_v himself_o and_o have_v so_o do_v without_o any_o further_a calling_n to_o office_n take_v upon_o he_o to_o baptise_v other_o and_o to_o do_v this_o i_o will_v know_v if_o it_o be_v 6_o cor._n 4._o 6_o not_o †_o to_o presume_v above_o that_o which_o be_v write_v for_o if_o you_o that_o baptise_v yourself_o be_v but_o a_o ordinary_a man_n may_v this_o do_v then_o may_v a_o other_o do_v the_o like_a and_o so_o every_o one_o baptise_v himself_o you_o that_o stand_v so_o much_o for_o commandment_n and_o example_n show_v we_o either_o of_o these_o two_o if_o you_o can_v or_o any_o sound_a reason_n out_o of_o the_o word_n or_o else_o consider_v well_o if_o that_o you_o be_v not_o fall_v into_o that_o which_o you_o will_v condemn_v in_o other_o viz._n the_o practise_v of_o a_o unwarrantable_a action_n but_o you_o say_v a_o true_a church_n can_v be_v erect_v without_o baptism_n etc._n etc._n if_o this_o be_v so_o as_o you_o say_v then_o either_o that_o baptism_n which_o we_o receive_v in_o the_o antichristian_a assembly_n be_v baptism_n or_o else_o one_o that_o be_v no_o member_n of_o a_o church_n may_v induce_v the_o form_n as_o you_o call_v it_o upon_o disciple_n to_o make_v they_o a_o church_n and_o this_o have_v we_o neither_o commandment_n nor_o example_n for_o he_o that_o be_v the_o first_o minister_n of_o baptism_n stand_v then_o a_o member_n of_o the_o church_n of_o the_o jew_n &_o have_v also_o commandment_n to_o baptise_v but_o this_o new_a doctrine_n teach_v that_o one_o that_o be_v never_o
