to_o provide_v that_o no_o person_n unqualify_v shall_v be_v admit_v into_o the_o service_n of_o god._n but_o then_o when_o the_o church_n have_v effectual_o take_v this_o care_n it_o must_v certain_o be_v grant_v also_o in_o the_o 2._o second_o place_n that_o christian_a prince_n and_o state_n have_v both_o a_o interest_n in_o this_o affair_n and_o a_o trust_v also_o commit_v to_o they_o in_o
