interrupt_v the_o course_n of_o the_o gospel_n without_o warrant_n either_o from_o the_o word_n of_o god_n or_o law_n of_o the_o land_n thâ—n_n must_v it_o needs_o follow_v that_o the_o displace_n of_o those_o minister_n be_v a_o most_o heinous_a and_o horrible_a sin_n against_o the_o lord_n chap._n xvii_o the_o eldership_n be_v to_o admonish_v every_o one_o by_o who_o offence_n appear_v unto_o they_o to_o grow_v in_o the_o church_n there_o be_v no_o question_n between_o we_o about_o admonition_n itself_o but_o this_o they_o deny_v that_o the_o execution_n of_o any_o discipline_n and_o therefore_o of_o this_o point_n belong_v unto_o the_o eldership_n which_o point_n be_v prove_v in_o the_o several_a chapter_n go_v before_o so_o that_o i_o need_v not_o say_v any_o thing_n of_o this_o save_v with_o a_o reason_n or_o twain_o to_o show_v the_o necessity_n and_o benefit_n of_o it_o in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n 1_o that_o which_o private_a man_n offend_v be_v command_v to_o seek_v unto_o for_o the_o redress_n of_o the_o offender_n be_v a_o necessary_a and_o a_o ordinary_a way_n for_o the_o amendment_n of_o they_o that_o do_v offend_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o such_o be_v the_o admonition_n of_o those_o that_o be_v in_o authority_n and_o carry_v the_o name_n of_o the_o church_n matth._n 18.15_o see_v chap._n 14._o and_o the_o 1._o proposition_n of_o the_o same_o therefore_o admonition_n in_o such_o case_n by_o the_o eldership_n be_v a_o necessary_a and_o ordinary_a way_n for_o their_o amendment_n that_o do_v offend_v 2_o that_o which_o be_v more_o available_a to_o bring_v the_o offender_n to_o repentance_n than_o private_a admonition_n either_o by_o one_o or_o more_o that_o same_o be_v very_o profitable_a and_o necessary_a in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o such_o be_v the_o public_a admonition_n by_o the_o governor_n of_o the_o church_n as_o appear_v by_o this_o that_o christ_n make_v it_o a_o remedy_n when_o the_o other_o two_o will_v not_o prevail_v matth._n 18.15_o therefore_o it_o be_v very_o profitable_a and_o necessary_a in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n 3_o that_o which_o make_v man_n more_o afraid_a to_o offend_v then_o anâ—_z admonition_n that_o private_a man_n can_v give_v be_v profitable_a and_o necessary_a in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o such_o be_v the_o eldership_n before_o who_o man_n know_v they_o shall_v be_v bring_v if_o they_o do_v not_o amend_v therefore_o it_o be_v very_o profitable_a and_o necessary_a in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n 4_o that_o which_o have_v a_o great_a promise_n to_o do_v good_a then_o private_a admonition_n be_v very_o necessary_a in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o such_o be_v the_o admonition_n that_o be_v give_v by_o the_o eldership_n because_o it_o prevail_v when_o the_o former_a do_v not_o therefore_o it_o be_v profitable_a in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n 5_o that_o without_o which_o all_o duty_n of_o charity_n can_v be_v exercise_v towards_o sinner_n be_v needful_a to_o be_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o without_o admonition_n by_o the_o eldership_n all_o duty_n of_o charity_n can_v be_v exercise_v towards_o sinner_n therefore_o it_o be_v needful_a to_o be_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n 6_o that_o which_o will_v bridle_v the_o outrageous_a sin_n of_o some_o and_o keep_v in_o the_o derision_n and_o mockery_n that_o private_a admonition_n do_v receive_v be_v needful_a to_o be_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n but_o this_o will_v admonition_n by_o the_o eldership_n do_v for_o if_o man_n know_v that_o they_o shall_v answer_v unto_o the_o church_n for_o their_o ill_a demâ—â—nour_n to_o they_o that_o rebuke_v they_o for_o sin_v they_o will_v refrain_v at_o least_o for_o fear_n from_o such_o kind_n of_o outrage_n therefore_o it_o be_v needful_a to_o be_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n conclusion_n therefore_o see_v public_a admonition_n before_o the_o eldership_n be_v to_o be_v seek_v by_o those_o that_o be_v offend_v and_o can_v be_v satisfy_v see_v it_o be_v more_o available_a than_o private_a admonition_n see_v it_o make_v man_n more_o afraid_a to_o offend_v see_v it_o have_v a_o great_a promise_n see_v without_o it_o all_o duty_n of_o charity_n can_v be_v exercise_v towards_o the_o sinner_n last_o see_v it_o will_v bridle_v the_o outrageous_a sin_n of_o many_o therefore_o it_o must_v needs_o follow_v that_o it_o be_v very_o profitable_a and_o necessary_a to_o be_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n chap._n xviii_o those_o that_o be_v not_o reclaim_v from_o their_o fault_n by_o admonition_n be_v by_o the_o eldership_n to_o be_v suspend_v from_o the_o lord_n supper_n or_o be_v officer_n of_o the_o church_n from_o the_o execution_n of_o their_o office_n until_o they_o do_v either_o give_v good_a testimony_n of_o their_o amendment_n or_o just_a cause_n to_o be_v further_o procâ—â—ded_v against_o neither_o be_v there_o any_o controversy_n betwixt_o they_o and_o we_o about_o this_o point_n save_v that_o as_o in_o the_o former_a they_o will_v deny_v it_o to_o appertain_v to_o the_o eldership_n which_o be_v prove_v before_o i_o will_v therefore_o
