distress_v or_o convince_a i_o as_o i_o shall_v never_o perceive_v where_o he_o be_v or_o where_o about_o he_o go_v this_o when_o he_o shall_v do_v than_o i_o shall_v know_v what_o to_o answer_v he_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n i_o confess_v many_o thing_n of_o circumstance_n as_o the_o time_n &_o place_n of_o assemble_v what_o scripture_n to_o read_v or_o to_o interpret_v how_o long_o to_o continue_v in_o prayer_n or_o prophecy_n &c_n &c_n to_o be_v leave_v in_o liberty_n at_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o church_n to_o be_v wise_o use_v according_a to_o their_o present_a occasion_n to_o edification_n order_n decency_n of_o these_o &_o sundry_a such_o like_a the_o lord_n in_o wisdom_n see_v it_o not_o good_a to_o set_v down_o positive_a or_o permanent_a law_n for_o all_o church_n and_o time_n because_o the_o present_a estate_n and_o diverse_a occasion_n of_o all_o church_n yea_o of_o any_o one_o church_n be_v so_o diverse_a &_o variable_a that_o prescript_n definitive_a law_n can_v not_o be_v set_v of_o such_o thing_n in_o particular_a for_o the_o space_n of_o one_o month_n without_o manifold_a inconvenience_n &_o great_a preiudize_n to_o the_o church_n of_o such_o thing_n then_o as_o the_o lord_n for_o these_o wise_a end_n &_o weighty_a cause_n have_v leave_v in_o the_o liberty_n &_o discreation_n of_o the_o church_n to_o be_v use_v and_o order_v according_a to_o the_o present_a estate_n and_o occation_n thereof_o &c_n &c_n may_v man_n make_v no_o prescript_n positive_a law_n in_o particular_a to_o enjoin_v thereby_o this_o form_n this_o time_n &c_n &c_n upon_o all_o or_o upon_o any_o one_o church_n without_o restrain_v that_o which_o god_n have_v leave_v at_o liberty_n yea_o without_o control_a &_o contrarijng_v the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n which_o no_o doubt_n be_v most_o excellent_o perfect_v even_o in_o the_o least_o thing_n and_o without_o many_o other_o grievous_a inconvenience_n &_o intolerable_a preiudize_n to_o the_o church_n of_o god_n much_o better_a therefore_o shall_v the_o prince_n provide_v for_o the_o church_n to_o see_v they_o due_o to_o observe_v the_o law_n that_o god_n have_v give_v and_o to_o use_v their_o liberty_n aright_o or_o where_o they_o transgress_v in_o either_o of_o these_o to_o reproove_v or_o to_o correct_v according_o then_o to_o make_v and_o enjoin_v new_a law_n of_o his_o own_o devise_v so_o contrary_a to_o the_o liberty_n yea_o even_o to_o that_o order_n
