matter_n if_o they_o will_v break_v their_o rule_n in_o such_o a_o manner_n as_o to_o dishonour_n god_n and_o the_o church_n and_o themselves_o by_o it_o than_o you_o be_v to_o consider_v the_o next_o thing_n i_o be_v to_o speak_v to_o which_o be_v ii_o what_o authority_n be_v give_v to_o we_o for_o the_o punish_a offender_n in_o our_o diocese_n by_o the_o ecclesiastical_a law_n of_o this_o realm_n general_a consent_n of_o the_o people_n from_o age_n to_o age._n so_o i_o say_v there_o be_v a_o common_a law_n ecclesiastical_a which_o although_o in_o many_o thing_n it_o may_v be_v the_o same_o with_o the_o canon_n law_n which_o be_v read_v in_o the_o book_n yet_o it_o have_v not_o its_o force_n from_o any_o papal_a or_o legatine_n constitution_n but_o from_o the_o acceptance_n and_o
