wisdom_n of_o the_o sea_n apostolic_a give_v bishop_n in_o such_o manner_n and_o with_o extent_n of_o power_n as_o time_n &_o place_n have_v require_v so_o when_o some_o city_n or_o country_n have_v be_v first_o convert_v to_o the_o faith_n they_o have_v give_v they_o bishop_n when_o they_o have_v quite_o fall_v away_o they_o have_v forbear_v to_o give_v they_o any_o &_o now_o here_o in_o our_o
