and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v due_o choose_v as_o abovesaid_a to_o be_v a_o warden_n or_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n and_o after_o such_o election_n and_o due_a notice_n thereof_o give_v he_o or_o they_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v refuse_v or_o wilful_o neglect_v to_o undergo_v and_o execute_v the_o place_n and_o duty_n
