collection_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n or_o of_o any_o part_n of_o they_o or_o their_z or_o any_o of_o their_o under-collector_n or_o under-collectors_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v offer_v the_o payment_n of_o they_o or_o of_o any_o part_n of_o they_o to_o the_o use_n of_o your_o majesty_n your_o heir_n or_o successor_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n appoint_v the_o same_o before_o the_o vice-treasurer_n of_o ireland_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o general_a receiver_n of_o your_o highness_n revenue_n of_o this_o kingdom_n of_o ireland_n or_o any_o other_o officer_n by_o your_o highness_n or_o your_o court_n of_o exchequer_n to_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o same_o and_o in_o such_o place_n as_o your_o majesty_n shall_v likewise_o all_o gne_n in_o such_o wise_a and_o after_o such_o form_n only_o as_o the_o say_a archbishop_n and_o bishop_n be_v now_o charge_v to_o make_v account_n for_o the_o say_v twenty_o part_n whereby_o be_v mean_v that_o the_o lack_n and_o default_n of_o payment_n of_o and_o for_o any_o spiritual_a promotion_n or_o promotion_n shall_v only_o charge_v such_o incumbent_n or_o incumbent_n &_o such_o other_o as_o be_v bind_v to_o pay_v the_o same_o and_o that_o the_o archbishop_n bishop_n deane_n &_o chapter_n gather_v that_o which_o they_o can_v receive_v and_o make_v payment_n thereof_o shall_v for_o the_o rest_n not_o by_o they_o receive_v be_v discharge_v by_o their_o certificate_n to_o be_v make_v to_o your_o highness_n court_n of_o exchequer_n for_o every_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a payment_n which_o shall_v be_v due_a upon_o the_o first_o day_n of_o april_n in_o any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a year_n at_o or_o before_o the_o last_o day_n of_o june_n next_o follow_v every_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a day_n when_o every_o of_o the_o say_a payment_n shall_v be_v due_a and_o for_o every_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a payment_n which_o shall_v be_v due_a upon_o the_o first_o day_n of_o october_n in_o any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a year_n at_o or_o before_o the_o last_o day_n of_o december_n next_o follow_v every_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a day_n when_o the_o say_v payment_n shall_v be_v due_a and_o that_o six_o penny_n of_o every_o pound_n wherewith_o the_o collector_n shall_v be_v charge_v in_o his_o account_n clear_o to_o be_v pay_v into_o the_o receipt_n of_o your_o majesty_n exchequer_n or_o into_o such_o other_o place_n as_o shall_v please_v your_o highness_n to_o appoint_v shall_v be_v allow_v to_o the_o say_a collector_n upon_o his_o account_n for_o the_o same_o at_o every_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a several_a time_n of_o payment_n for_o the_o charge_n of_o the_o say_a collection_n any_o portage_n safe_a convey_n and_o pay_v of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n and_o morcover_v that_o it_o maybe_o enact_v likewise_o that_o after_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n shall_v be_v once_o due_a by_o virtue_n of_o this_o grant_n if_o any_o incumbent_n of_o any_o benefice_n or_o promotion_n spiritual_a charge_v to_o the_o payment_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o be_v at_o any_o time_n after_o that_o the_o say_v payment_n shall_v be_v due_a lawful_o monish_v either_o personal_o or_o at_o his_o dignity_n stall_n church_n or_o mansion_n house_n by_o the_o archbishop_n bishop_n of_o his_o diocese_n or_o his_o under-collector_n or_o under-collectors_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n or_o by_o the_o dean_n &_o chapter_n the_o see_v be_v void_a or_o by_o any_o of_o their_o under-collector_n or_o under-collectors_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n authorize_v in_o that_o behalf_n to_o appear_v by_o himself_o or_o his_o deputy_n at_o a_o certain_a day_n &_o place_n of_o convenient_a distance_n to_o the_o say_a incumbent_n then_o to_o be_v signify_v &_o preunx_v and_o then_o &_o there_o to_o pay_v such_o part_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n for_o his_o benefice_n or_o promotion_n spiritual_a or_o the_o whole_a as_o then_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o grant_n shall_v be_v due_a do_v not_o either_o at_o the_o same_o day_n &_o place_n so_o to_o he_o signify_v &_o prefix_v true_o content_a and_o pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v content_v &_o pay_v such_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n as_o then_o by_o he_o shall_v be_v due_a to_o be_v pay_v unto_o the_o same_o archbishop_n or_o bishop_n or_o to_o his_o under-collector_n or_o under-collectors_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n or_o to_o the_o dean_n &_o chapter_n of_o any_o see_v be_v void_a or_o to_o their_o under-collector_n or_o under-collectors_a deputy_n or_o deputy_n or_o to_o one_o of_o they_o show_v sufficient_a deputation_n from_o the_o say_a archbishop_n bishop_n or_o deane_n and_o chapter_n under_o his_o or_o their_o seal_n in_o that_o behalf_n be_v ready_a at_o the_o say_a day_n and_o place_n so_o signify_v and_o prefix_v to_o receive_v any_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subside_n then_o due_a and_o open_o demand_v the_o same_o or_o else_o pay_v every_o of_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n give_v by_o this_o grant_n within_o fifty_o day_n next_o after_o any_o such_o prefix_a day_n of_o warning_n at_o the_o further_a so_o that_o open_a demand_n be_v make_v of_o every_o of_o the_o say_a payment_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n in_o and_o at_o the_o say_a day_n and_o place_n before_o prefix_v that_o then_o every_o incumbent_n so_o make_v default_n of_o any_o of_o the_o payment_n aforesaid_a which_o shall_v be_v due_a from_o he_o for_o any_o of_o the_o part_n of_o the_o say_v eight_o subsidy_n
