AN ACT For Continuation of the ACT for Removing All Papists and all Officers and Soldiers of Fortune And divers other DELINQUENTS From London and Westminster and Confining them within Five Miles of their Dwellings BE it Enacted by this present Parliament and the Authority thereof That one Act of this present Parliament Entituled An Act for Removing all Papists and all Officers and Soldiers of Fortune and divers other Delinquents from London and Westminster and Confining them within Five miles of their Dwellings And for Encouragement of such as shall Discover Priests and Jesuits their Receivers and Abbettors And all and every the Clauses Penalties Powers and Authorities thereby setled and appointed and therein contained be and hereby are continued and stand in force from the Twentieth day of March One thousand six hundred and fifty until the First day of November One thousand six hundred fifty and one and no longer And be it further Enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Commissioners of the High Court of Iustice Established by Authority of this present Parliament by one or more Acts of Parliament now in force have Power and are hereby Authorized to proceed against any person or persons for the several Offences mentioned in the Act hereby continued according to the several and respective Penalties therein expressed Die Mercurii 19 Martii 1650.
