trial_n by_o their_o peer_n by_o the_o body_n of_o the_o law_n as_o some_o conceive_v have_v it_o not_o be_v save_v to_o they_o by_o this_o special_a proviso_n therefore_o certain_o irish_a peer_n who_o be_v not_o provide_v for_o at_o all_o and_o no_o peer_n in_o england_n must_v necessary_o be_v exclude_v from_o their_o peerage_n by_o it_o upon_o their_o trial_n here_o 3_o the_o reason_n why_o this_o law_n do_v save_o the_o trial_n by_o peer_n to_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n only_o and_o to_o no_o other_o which_o as_o some_o conceive_a be_v not_o save_v to_o they_o in_o case_n of_o foreign_a treason_n by_o the_o statute_n of_o 26_o h._n 8._o c._n 13._o as_o appear_v by_o the_o lord_n gray_n case_n hereafter_o cite_v make_v a_o end_n of_o the_o case_n in_o question_n because_o peer_n of_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n be_v peer_n in_o every_o shire_n and_o county_n of_o england_n therefore_o by_o the_o great_a charter_n of_o england_n and_o all_o other_o act_n confirm_v it_o and_o the_o common_a law_n itself_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v try_v only_o by_o their_o peer_n within_o all_o county_n and_o place_n of_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n but-irish_a scotish_a and_o
