or_o person_n depart_v the_o realm_n or_o shall_v keep_v he_o or_o their_o house_n or_o house_n or_o otherwise_o absent_v he_o or_o themselves_o or_o take_v sanctuary_n or_o suffer_v he_o or_o themselves_o to_o be_v arrest_v outlawd_v or_o yield_v his_o or_o their_o body_n to_o prison_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a any_o person_n or_o person_n do_v fraudulent_o by_o covin_z or_o collusion_n claim_n demand_n recover_v possess_v or_o detain_v any_o debt_n duty_n good_n chattel_n land_n or_o tenement_n by_o write_v trust_n or_o otherwise_o which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v due_a belong_v or_o appertain_v to_o any_o such_o offender_n or_o offender_n other_o than_o such_o as_o he_o or_o they_o can_v and_o do_v prove_v to_o be_v due_a by_o right_n and_o conscience_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a for_o money_n pay_v ware_n deliver_v or_o other_o just_a consideration_n or_o cause_n reasonable_a to_o the_o just_a value_n thereof_o before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n so_o to_o be_v appoint_v or_o also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o it_o shall_v fortune_n the_o creditor_n of_o any_o such_o bankrupt_a as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o be_v satisfy_v and_o pay_v of_o their_o debt_n and_o duty_n of_o or_o with_o the_o proper_a land_n tenement_n good_n chattel_n and_o debt_n of_o the_o say_a bankrupt_n or_o of_o or_o with_o the_o same_o and_o some_o part_n of_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o the_o say_v double_a value_n to_o be_v forfeit_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o that_o there_o shall_v remain_v a_o overplus_n of_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n of_o the_o say_v double_a value_n that_o then_o the_o one_o moiety_n of_o the_o say_a overplus_n of_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n of_o the_o double_a value_n so_o remain_v shall_v be_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n so_o execute_v the_o say_a commission_n within_o convenient_a time_n after_o the_o levy_n thereof_o pay_v unto_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n thereof_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n employ_v and_o distribute_v to_o and_o among_o the_o poor_a within_o the_o hospital_n in_o every_o city_n town_n or_o county_n where_o any_o such_o bankrupt_a shall_v happen_v to_o be_v any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o not_o withstand_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o
authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v indebt_v do_v of_o purpose_n withdraw_v he_o or_o themselves_o out_o or_o from_o his_o or_o their_o usual_a mansion_n house_n or_o house_n that_o then_o upon_o complaint_n thereof_o make_v to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n have_v authority_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a the_o same_o commissioner_n or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o shall_v by_o virtue_n and_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a act_n have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o award_v five_o proclamation_n to_o be_v make_v or_o withdraw_v he_o or_o themselves_o into_o place_n unknown_a or_o take_v sanctuary_n or_o will_v suffer_v him-or_a themselves_o to_o be_v arrest_v or_o outlaw_v or_o yield_v his_o or_o their_o
