any_o claim_n or_o pretence_n whatsoever_o take_v or_o receive_v by_o himself_o or_o other_o of_o any_o of_o the_o people_n of_o this_o commonwealth_n or_o of_o any_o other_o person_n whatsoever_o on_o this_o side_n or_o beyond_o the_o sea_n any_o bribe_n or_o bribe_n fee_n or_o fee_n sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n other_o than_o such_o salary_n fee_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v grant_v and_o allow_v unto_o they_o for_o their_o service_n by_o order_n of_o parliament_n and_o shall_v be_v thereof_o convict_v before_o the_o council_n of_o state_n who_o be_v hereby_o require_v to_o send_v for_o the_o party_n offend_v upon_o complaint_n make_v by_o proof_n upon_o oath_n of_o two_o substantial_a witness_n or_o other_o clear_a evidence_n that_o then_o every_o such_o judge_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v the_o say_a salary_n or_o stipend_n to_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o shall_v be_v immediate_o remove_v from_o his_o say_a place_n and_o office_n of_o judicature_n and_o
