himself_o who_o be_v assist_v with_o the_o chancellor_n and_o counsel_n do_v mitigate_v the_o severity_n of_o law_n in_o his_o own_o person_n when_o it_o please_v he_o to_o be_v present_a and_o do_v in_o absence_n either_o refer_v it_o to_o the_o chancellor_n alone_o or_o to_o he_o and_o some_o other_o of_o the_o counsel_n and_o this_o continue_v if_o i_o be_v not_o mistake_v until_o the_o 20_o sundry_a parliament_n as_o by_o one_o to_o award_v damage_n upon_o untrue_a suggestion_n make_v before_o he_o by_o another_o to_o send_v proclamation_n of_o rebellion_n against_o such_o as_o will_v
