dystress_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v take_v except_o it_o be_v to_o a_o pound_n overtwithin_v the_o say_a shire_n not_o above_o three_o mile_n distant_a from_o the_o place_n where_o the_o say_a dystresse_n be_v take_v &_o that_o no_o cattle_n or_o other_o good_n distrein_v or_o take_v by_o way_n of_o distress_n for_o any_o manner_n of_o cause_n at_o one_o time_n shall_v be_v impound_v in_o less_o have_v be_v use_v there_o to_o take_v less_o upon_o the_o pain_n of_o fine_a pound_n to_o be_v pay_v to_o the_o party_n greve_v over_o &_o besides_o such_o money_n as_o he_o shall_v take_v realm_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n do_v not_o depart_v out_o of_o the_o same_o within_o twenty_o day_n next_o after_o proclamation_n of_o this_o present_a act_n shall_v be_v make_v that_o then_o he_o or_o they_o which_o shall_v not_o depart_v within_o the_o say_a time_n accord_v to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v forfeit_v and_o lose_v all_o he_o and_o their_o good_n and_o cattle_n and_o that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o all_o and_o every_o the_o king_n and_o the_o queen_n subject_n to_o seize_v the_o same_o the_o one_o moyte_n thereof_o to_o be_v to_o the_o
