neither_o delinquent_n nor_o papist_n to_o present_v to_o such_o live_n as_o if_o the_o incumbent_n former_o sequester_v have_v be_v dead_a provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o where_o the_o sequester_v or_o eject_v minister_n be_v not_o seize_v of_o to_o his_o own_o use_n or_o other_o in_o trust_n for_o he_o or_o his_o wife_n of_o the_o real_a estate_n of_o thirty_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la or_o possess_v of_o a_o personal_a estate_n to_o the_o value_n of_o five_o hundred_o pound_n the_o commissioner_n that_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v appoint_v for_o the_o ejection_n of_o scandalous_a ignorant_a and_o insufficient_a minister_n and_o schoolmaster_n or_o any_o five_o of_o they_o shall_v within_o their_o limit_n make_v unto_o the_o sequester_v minister_n during_o his_o life_n allowance_n out_o of_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o say_a parsonage_n or_o vicarage_n not_o exceed_v a_o five_o part_n of_o the_o profit_v thereof_o sequester_v minister_n the_o say_a allowance_n with_o such_o arrear_n thereof_o as_o the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v think_v fit_a in_o case_n the_o incumbent_n shall_v refuse_v to_o pay_v the_o same_o provide_v that_o not_o eject_v or_o sequester_v minister_n shall_v have_v or_o receive_v any_o benefit_n or_o advantage_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n that_o reside_v and_o remain_v in_o the_o parish_n or_o place_n out_o of_o which_o he_o be_v eject_v or_o sequester_v during_o such_o residence_n any_o thing_n before_o in_o this_o act_n or_o any_o other_o matter_n or_o thing_n to_o the_o contrary_a hereof_o notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o that_o nothing_o in_o this_o act_n shall_v extend_v to_o the_o charge_v any_o person_n hereby_o make_v and_o constitute_v incumbent_n in_o law_n with_o the_o payment_n of_o first-fruit_n until_o the_o death_n of_o the_o say_a person_n eject_v or_o sequester_v from_o any_o such_o parsonage_n or_o vicarage_n as_o aforesaid_a at_o which_o time_n he_o shall_v be_v liable_a to_o pay_v the_o same_o provide_v also_o and_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o where_o any_o part_n of_o the_o tithe_n or_o other_o profit_n have_v be_v take_v away_o by_o any_o of_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a from_o any_o parsonage_n of_o vicarage_n presentative_a or_o donative_n and_o settle_v upon_o any_o chapel_n or_o other_o place_n for_o the_o increase_n of_o maintenance_n of_o such_o place_n nothing_o contain_v in_o this_o act_n shall_v extend_v to_o the_o take_v away_o such_o augmentation_n from_o such_o place_n but_o they_o be_v hereby_o confirm_v and_o settle_v as_o aforesaid_a during_o the_o life_n of_o the_o person_n hereby_o adjudge_v the_o incumbent_n provide_v always_o that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o extend_v to_o give_v or_o confirm_v unto_o anthony_n lapthorn_n the_o present_a minister_n of_o sedgfield_n in_o the_o county_n of_o durham_n any_o right_a or_o title_n to_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o say_a rectory_n of_o sedgfield_n save_v only_o to_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o shall_v amount_v unto_o the_o sum_n of_o two_o hundred_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la allow_v unto_o he_o out_o of_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o say_a rectory_n by_o the_o committee_n of_o the_o late_a parliament_n for_o plunder_v minister_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v to_o the_o
