shall_v use_v any_o boulting-mill_n or_o other_o instrument_n for_o dress_n bolt_v or_o sift_v any_o corn_n or_o grain_n whatsoever_o with_o intent_n to_o sell_v the_o same_o in_o meal_n or_o flower_n upon_o the_o like_a pain_n and_o forfeiture_n as_o aforesaid_a all_o which_o say_v forfeiture_n shall_v and_o may_v be_v recover_v by_o bill_n plaint_n indictment_n or_o information_n in_o any_o court_n of_o record_n by_o any_o person_n who_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o the_o one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o such_o person_n sue_v beside_o his_o cost_v in_o prosecute_a the_o same_o and_o and_o other_o dead_a victual_n be_v punish_v by_o the_o statute_n of_o 5_o &_o 6_o edw._n 6._o entitle_v who_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v a_o forestall_a who_o a_o regrator_n and_o who_o a_o engrosser_n and_o the_o punishment_n of_o they_o and_o because_o the_o punishment_n of_o many_o abuse_n be_v daily_o prevent_v and_o prosecutor_n discourage_v by_o the_o familiar_a bring_n of_o writ_n of_o
