ORdered by the Parliament That this Act be forthwith Printed and Published THOMAS St. NICHOLAS Clerk of the Parliament LONDON Printed by John Streater and John Macock Printers to the Parliament 1659. AN ACT Making Void the Acts Appointing Commissioners for Government of the Army And for Making Charles Fleetwood Esq Commander in Chief of the Land-Forces BE it Enacted by the Authority of this present Parliament That one Act of Parliament Passed the eleventh Day of February this present Year One thousand six hundred fifty nine Entituled An Act appointing Commissioners for the Government of the Army As also one other Act Entituled An Act Constituting Charles Fleetwood Esq Lievtenant General and Commander in Chief of the Forces Raised and to be Raised by Authority of Parliament within England and Scotland Passed this present Parliament Be henceforth Null and Void And that all Authorities by the said Acts or either of them given do Cease and Determine and be Ceased and Determined Friday February 24. 1659.
