his_o successor_n now_o my_o lord_n i_o come_v to_o that_o which_o be_v very_o plain_a from_o the_o case_n of_o de_fw-fr libellis_fw-la famosis_n if_o any_o person_n in_o any_o paper_n have_v slander_v the_o government_n you_o be_v not_o to_o examine_v who_o be_v in_o the_o right_n and_o who_o be_v in_o the_o wrong_n whether_o what_o they_o say_v to_o be_v do_v by_o the_o government_n be_v legal_a or_o no_o but_o whether_o the_o party_n have_v do_v such_o a_o act._n if_o the_o king_n have_v a_o power_n for_o still_o i_o keep_v to_o that_o to_o issue_v forth_o proclamation_n to_o his_o
