enter_v and_o yet_o do_v not_o agree_v to_o those_o allegation_n of_o the_o clergy_n for_o the_o royal_a assent_n be_v give_v and_o they_o be_v always_o account_v good_a and_o firm_a law_n 13_o r._n 2._o c._n 2_o and_o c._n 3._o we_o find_v also_o that_o in_o the_o time_n of_o his_o late_a majesty_n twelve_o bishop_n depart_v the_o house_n and_o protect_v against_o 〈◊〉_d order_n 〈…〉_z etc._n parliament_n to_o the_o king_n be_v for_o that_o divers_a judgement_n be_v heretofore_o undo_v for_o that_o the_o clergy_n be_v not_o present_a the_o commons_o pray_v the_o king_n that_o the_o clergy_n will_v appoint_v some_o to_o be_v their_o common_a proctor_n with_o sufficient_a authority_n thereunto_o the_o prelate_n therefore_o be_v several_o examine_v appoint_a sir_n thomas_n de_fw-fr to_o the_o judicious_a reader_n to_o determine_v from_o what_o have_v be_v say_v before_o if_o they_o be_v prohibit_v then_o certain_o this_o petition_n of_o the_o commons_o be_v unwarrantable_a and_o contrary_a to_o law_n it_o be_v not_o impossible_a that_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o be_v but_o fallible_a man_n spur_v on_o by_o too_o precipitant_a a_o zeal_n and_o eagerness_n for_o the_o accomplishment_n of_o a_o business_n shall_v be_v endeavour_v to_o make_v sure_a work_n fall_v inconsiderate_o into_o another_o extreme_a and_o through_o the_o want_n of_o due_a examination_n of_o precedent_n become_v guilty_a of_o a_o mistake_n i_o shall_v not_o trouble_v myself_o much_o in_o discourse_v about_o the_o possibility_n of_o the_o thing_n for_o i_o shall_v make_v appear_v that_o it_o be_v actual_o so_o in_o our_o case_n for_o 1._o that_o which_o be_v the_o ground_n of_o the_o petition_n of_o the_o commons_o viz._n that_o divers_a judgement_n have_v be_v heretofore_o undo_v etc._n etc._n be_v a_o palpable_a mistake_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la it_o be_v true_a the_o two_o judgement_n that_o be_v give_v against_o the_o two_o spencer_n 15_o e._n 2._o be_v reverse_v for_o this_o cause_n through_o the_o great_a favour_n and_o interest_n that_o they_o then_o have_v at_o court_n and_o there_o be_v no_o question_n but_o these_o two_o judgement_n be_v the_o ground_n of_o the_o commons_o petition_v make_v 21_o r._n 2._o for_o there_o be_v no_o other_o judgement_n to_o be_v find_v that_o be_v ever_o reverse_v for_o this_o cause_n but_o how_o well_o their_o petition_n be_v ground_v you_o may_v learn_v from_o 〈◊〉_d e._n 3._o c._n 1._o where_o this_o same_o judgement_n be_v declare_v in_o parliament_n to_o be_v good_a and_o that_o the_o aforesaid_a reversal_a be_v null_a and_o void_a and_o the_o two_o spencer_n upon_o this_o affirmance_n of_o the_o judgement_n be_v execute_v i_o suppose_v if_o the_o forwardness_n and_o zeal_n of_o the_o commons_o have_v give_v they_o
