person_n who_o shall_v advance_v money_n plate_n etc._n etc._n upon_o the_o public_a faith_n may_v for_o every_o sum_n of_o money_n he_o shall_v so_o lend_v be_v secure_v a_o like_a sum_n more_o out_o the_o sale_n of_o the_o say_a bishop_n land_n that_o then_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o grand_a excize_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v thereby_o charge_v and_o chargeable_a to_o pay_v the_o say_a sum_n with_o interest_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o shall_v be_v due_a and_o unpaid_a and_o shall_v begin_v to_o pay_v the_o same_o when_o they_o shall_v have_v in_o ready_a money_n of_o this_o present_a june_n it_o be_v enact_v and_o ordain_v that_o so_o much_o of_o the_o sum_n of_o 400000_o l_o secure_v unto_o the_o lender_n and_o advancers_n of_o the_o 200000_o l_o by_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n of_o the_o 13_o of_o october_n 1646._o as_o be_v already_o or_o shall_v be_v satisfy_v to_o the_o say_v lender_n by_o the_o sale_n of_o the_o bishop_n land_n shall_v unto_o the_o person_n or_o person_n lend_v and_o advance_v the_o same_o to_o require_v &_o demand_v the_o respective_a sum_n or_o sum_n by_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o advance_v and_o lend_v together_o with_o interest_n as_o aforesaid_a of_o the_o commissioner_n of_o excize_n and_o new-impost_n who_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o pay_v the_o same_o according_o in_o such_o course_n as_o
