relief_n in_o this_o matter_n for_o suppose_v it_o shall_v or_o may_v be_v prove_v that_o there_o ought_v to_o be_v according_a to_o the_o mind_n of_o christ_n in_o all_o church_n bishop_n with_o a_o preeminence_n above_o presbyter_n in_o order_n or_o degree_n and_o that_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o church_n do_v principal_o belong_v unto_o they_o that_o be_v so_o yet_o will_v not_o this_o concession_n bear_v a_o application_n to_o the_o present_a question_n so_o as_o to_o afford_v we_o any_o relief_n for_o the_o grant_n of_o thing_n so_o dubious_a and_o questionable_a can_v never_o pretend_v to_o fall_v under_o scripture-proof_n that_o such_o bishop_n shall_v be_v diocesan_n that_o they_o shall_v depend_v on_o archbishop_n over_o they_o that_o they_o shall_v assume_v the_o whole_a power_n of_o church-rule_n and_o discipline_n into_o their_o hand_n that_o they_o shall_v administer_v it_o by_o chancellor_n archdeacon_n commissary_n and_o the_o like_a that_o this_o shall_v be_v do_v by_o presentment_n or_o indictment_n citation_n process_n litigious_a plead_n after_o the_o manner_n of_o secular_a or_o civil_a court_n to_o the_o exclusion_n of_o that_o rule_n and_o discipline_n which_o the_o gospel_n direct_v unto_o with_o the_o management_n of_o it_o in_o love_n and_o brotherly_n compassion_n in_o the_o name_n and_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n not_o observe_v of_o holy_a day_n some_o for_o not_o kneel_v at_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n some_o for_o not_o use_v the_o sign_n of_o the_o cross_n in_o baptism_n and_o what_o will_v become_v of_o minister_n that_o shall_v neglect_v or_o omit_v to_o wear_v the_o surplice_n in_o sacred_a administration_n be_v easy_a to_o conjecture_v but_o these_o thing_n be_v all_o of_o
