always_o that_o no_o person_n shall_v be_v bar_v of_o his_o just_a action_n of_o slander_n or_o otherwise_o by_o any_o proceed_n upon_o this_o order_n 1645._o manslaught_a defence_n a_o man_n may_v kill_v in_o his_o own_o defence_n it_o be_v order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o if_o any_o person_n in_o the_o just_a and_o necessary_a defence_n of_o his_o life_n or_o the_o life_n of_o any_o other_o shall_v kill_v any_o person_n attempt_v to_o rob_v or_o murder_n in_o the_o field_n or_o highway_n or_o to_o break_v into_o any_o dwell_a house_n if_o he_o well_o management_n whereof_o be_v of_o great_a concernment_n to_o the_o public_a weal_n for_o the_o better_a order_v the_o same_o for_o the_o future_a and_o that_o there_o may_v be_v know_v law_n and_o rule_n for_o all_o sort_n of_o person_n employ_v therein_o according_a to_o their_o several_a station_n and_o capacity_n and_o that_o there_o may_v be_v one_o rule_n for_o the_o guidance_n of_o all_o court_n in_o their_o proceed_n in_o distributive_a justice_n this_o court_n do_v order_n and_o be_v it_o order_v by_o the_o authority_n thereof_o sect_n i._o that_o whereas_o there_o be_v many_o time_n difference_n between_o owner_n of_o ship_n ketche_n bark_n and_o other_o vessel_n part_n minor_a part_n over_v to_o bâ—â—â—â—â—ded_v by_o the_o major_a part_n in_o set_v forth_o their_o several_a part_n whereby_o damage_n do_v accrue_v to_o the_o particular_a concernment_n of_o owner_n and_o if_o not_o prevent_v may_v be_v a_o great_a obstruction_n of_o trade_n where_o there_o be_v several_a owner_n concern_v as_o owner_n in_o ship_n catch_v bark_n or_o other_o vessel_n whatsoever_o use_v for_o traffic_n commerce_n fish_v log_n board_n wood_n or_o stone_n carriage_n upon_o in_o place_n and_o season_n unknown_a to_o their_o parent_n for_o such_o end_n whereby_o much_o evil_a have_v grow_v among_o we_o to_o the_o dishonour_n of_o god_n and_o damage_n of_o party_n for_o prevention_n whereof_o for_o time_n to_o come_v it_o be_v further_a order_v that_o whatsoever_o person_n from_o henceforth_o shall_v endeavour_v direct_o or_o indirect_o parent_n no_o motion_n of_o find_v by_o experience_n the_o bring_n in_o of_o malt_n wheat_n barley_n biscuit_n beef_n meal_n and_o flower_n which_o be_v the_o principal_a commodity_n of_o this_o country_n from_o foreign_a part_n to_o be_v exceed_o prejudicial_a to_o the_o subsistence_n of_o this_o place_n and_o people_n here_o confiscation_n no_o malt_n wheat_n biscuit_n beef_n to_o be_v bring_v on_o penalty_n of_o confiscation_n have_v therefore_o order_v that_o no_o person_n whatsoever_o either_o inhabitant_n or_o stranger_n shall_v direct_o or_o indirect_o after_o the_o first_o of_o march_n next_o import_n into_o this_o jurisdiction_n from_o any_o part_n of_o europe_n any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a provision_n under_o the_o penalty_n of_o confiscation_n of_o the_o same_o except_o it_o be_v for_o the_o and_o empower_v to_o make_v diligent_a search_n within_o their_o respective_a town_n and_o harbour_n where_o any_o such_o provision_n be_v land_a sell_v or_o otherwise_o dispose_v of_o pain_n the_o the_o penalty_n hereafter_o express_v viz._n that_o the_o parent_n and_o governor_n of_o all_o child_n above_o seven_o year_n old_a not_o that_o we_o approve_v young_a child_n in_o evil_n for_o the_o first_o offence_n in_o that_o kind_n penalty_n penalty_n upon_o due_a proof_n before_o any_o magistrate_n commissioner_n or_o selectâ—man_n of_o the_o town_n where_o such_o offence_n shall_v be_v hinder_v of_o due_a preparation_n for_o the_o sabbath_n but_o as_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lie_v render_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n unprofitable_a and_o threaten_v the_o root_n out_o of_o the_o
